Die bisher auf dem Markt befindlichen Grillanlagen sind unhandlich in Benutzung und Höhenverstellung des Grillrostes. Es besteht Verbrennungs- oder Verletzungsgefahr. Sie sind sehr oft zum Nachfeuern und zur Grillgutentnahme schwer zu handhaben. Zur Höhenverstellung des Grillrostes braucht man oft sehr viel Kraft und muß meistens zu Zweit sein. Außerdem sind die Grillroste oft durch die große Hitzeeinwirkung verbogen oder beschädigt. Die Grillanlagen sind im Winter nicht demontierbar und verrotten dadurch schneller. Es können meistens keine einzelnen Teile dieser Anlagen ausgewechselt werden, der ganze Grill muß erneuert werden.The grills currently on the market are difficult to use and adjust the height of the grill. Meine Grillanlage besteht aus drei Teilen:My grill system consists of three parts:

Die Trägeraufnahme (16) dient zur Aufnahme der Trägereinheit (1). Sie kann wahlweise im Erdreich oder in der Ummauerung der Grillstelle verankert werden. Durch eine Nut (14) in der Trägeraufhahme (16) ist der Schwenkbereich der Trägereinheit (1) samt Grillrost von 90° wahlweise nach links oder rechts festgelegt. Die Nut in der Trägeraufnahme wird durch eine entsprechende Abdeckung (15) vor Verschmutzung und Beschädigung geschützt und ist durch Schrauben gegen unbefugte Entfernung gesichert. Unter dieser Abdeckung befindet sich auch der Bolzen (13), welcher die Trägereinheit (1) vom Schwenkbereich her fixiert und zur Demontage der Grillanlage dient. Im unteren Bereich der Trägeraufnahme befindet sich ein Drucklager auf dem die Trägereinheit ruht.The support holder (16) is used to hold the support unit (1). Dieses gewährleistet einen ruhigen Lauf des Edelstahlseiles (5), welches zur Höhenverstellung des Grillrostes dient. Durch Ziehen an der Kette (6), welche am Edelstahlseil (5) befestigt ist, kann die Höhe des Grillrostes durch Einhängen der Kette variiert und fixiert werden. An der Führungshülse (8) des Grillrostes befindet sich ein Zapfen (10), an welchem die Kettenglieder eingehängt werden können und durch einen Splint gesichert werden. Durch die Bohrung (11) die für die Splintsicherung vorgesehen ist kann auch ein Sicherheitsschloß eingehängt werden. Dadurch kann die Grillanlage gegen unbefugtes Benutzen gesichert werden.In the support unit (1) there is a longitudinal guide (7) which is used to secure the grill grate. So kann ohne Gefahr Grillgut entnommen oder Holz nachgelegt werden. Durch die Rohrhülse (8) mit Kugellagern, den Bolzen (9) und den Führungsschlitz (7) wird ein ruhiger Lauf des Grillrostes bei der Höhenverstellung gewährleistet. Die Grillvorrichtung ist im Gesamten um 90° schwenkbar, je nach Wunsch entweder nach links oder rechts. Die tiefste Stellung des Grillrostes ist bautechnisch so festgelegt, daß bei einer befestigten Feuerstelle die Einfassung derselben durch Schwenken des Grillrostes nicht beschädigt werden kann. Die Stäbe (19) des Grillrostes auf denen das Grillgut liegt sind nicht zu einer gesamten Einheit verbunden, somit können sie sich bei der Hitzeeinwirkung ausdehnen und verformen und verbiegen sich nicht. Außerdem ist bei starker Verschmutzung oder Beschädigung jederzeit ein Auswechseln bzw. Claims (1)
Die Trägereinheit (1) besteht aus einem Rundrohr nach DIN aus o. g. Materialien. In der Trägereinheit (I) befindet sich eine Längsführung (7). In dieser Längsführung (7) werden zwei Bolzen (9) aus o. g. Materialien geführt, die an der Führungshülse befestigt sind. Im oberen Bereich der Trägereinheit (1) befinden sich zwei Längsschlitze (0), durch die ein Edelstahlseil (5) geführt wird. In diesem oberen Bereich der Trägereinheit befindet sich auch eine Führungsrolle (3) aus Edelstahl VA 2 oder Kunststoff, welche an der Abdeckung (2) der Trägereinheit mit einem U-Stahl (4) aus o. g. Materialien befestigt ist. Diese Abdeckung ist durch Zweilochschrauben aus VA 2 gegen unbefugte Entfernung gesichert. Durch diesen U- Stahl (4) wird das Edelstahlseil (5) in seiner Position gehalten. Das eine Ende des Edelstahlseiles wird zwischen Grillrost und Führungshülse (8), die über die Trägereinheit (1) geführt ist, befestigt. Am anderen Ende des Edelstahlseiles (5) befindet sich eine Edelstahlkette (6). Das Ende der Edelstahlkette (6) wird unterhalb der Abdeckung (15) der Trägeraufnahme (16) befestigt. Die Führungshülse besteht aus einem DIN-Rohr aus o. g. Material. In der Führungshülse befinden sich mehrere Kugellager aus VA 2. An der Führungshülse (8) des Grillrostes befindet sich ein Zapfen (10) aus o. g. Materialien, der mit einer Bohrung vershen ist.
Der Grillrost ist durch drei Flachstähle (17) mit der Führungshülse (8) verbunden und besteht aus VA 2. An der Führungshülse befindet sich seitlich ein Griff (12) aus o. g. Material. Die Stäbe (19) des Grillrostes bestehen aus Edelstahl VA 2 und sind nicht zu einer gesamten Einheit verbunden, sondern sie laufen in zwei Führungsschienen (20) aus Edelstahl (VA 2) mit Löchern, die ebenfalls zum äusseren Rahmen (18), der aus Winkeleisen (Material VA 2) besteht, einen Abstand haben. Die Führungsschienen (20) aus Edelstahl (VA 2) sind mit dem Rahmen (18) des Grillrostes nicht fest verbunden sondern durch Zweilochschrauben aus VA 2mit Abstandshülsen aus VA 2, die in Führungsschlitzen laufen, am äußeren Rahmen (18) befestigt.
Jedes Detail ist so konstruiert, daß es jederzeit ausgetauscht oder gereinigt werden kann. Bei Veränderung der Girillstelle kann die tiefste Stellung des Grillrostes durch Anbringen eines Stopringes aus o. g. Materialien nachträglich verändert werden.
Die Grillanlage ist in ihren gesamten Abmessungen je nach Anforderung variabel ausführbar.
Die gesamte Girillanlage, außer Grillrost, kann auch in Edelstahl VA 2, verzinkt oder galvanisiert ausgeführt werden. Der Girillrost wird immer in VA 2 ausgeführt. My grill system consists of three parts:

The end of the stainless steel chain ( 6 ) is attached underneath the cover ( 15 ) of the support holder ( 16 ). The guide sleeve consists of a DIN tube made of the above material. The guide sleeve contains several ball bearings made of VA 2 . On the guide sleeve ( 8 ) of the grill grate there is a pin ( 10 ) made of the above materials, which has a hole in it.
The grill grate is connected to the guide sleeve ( 8 ) by three flat steel bars ( 17 ) and is made of VA 2. On the side of the guide sleeve there is a handle ( 12 ) made of the above-mentioned material. The bars ( 19 ) of the grill grate are made of VA 2 stainless steel and are not connected to form a complete unit; instead they run in two guide rails ( 20 ) made of stainless steel (VA 2 ) with holes that are also at a distance from the outer frame ( 18 ), which is made of angle iron (material VA 2 ). The guide rails ( 20 ) made of stainless steel (VA 2 ) are not firmly connected to the frame ( 18 ) of the grill grate but are attached to the outer frame ( 18 ) by two-hole screws made of VA 2 with spacer sleeves made of VA 2 that run in guide slots.
Every detail is designed so that it can be replaced or cleaned at any time. If the grilling position changes, the lowest position of the grill grate can be changed later by attaching a stop ring made of the above-mentioned materials.
The grill system can be designed in a variety of dimensions depending on requirements.
The entire grill system, except for the grill grate, can also be made of stainless steel VA 2 , galvanized or electroplated. The grill grate is always made of VA 2 .
