Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Unterfütterung von Trachealkanülen/-tuben oder anderen laryngo-trachealen Hilfsaggregaten/-instrumenten mit einem Saugkörper aus einem wenigstens zweilagigen Schutz-/Saugvlies, wobei die einzelnen Lagen an wenigstens zwei Seiten aufeinander fixiert sind und wobei im oberen Drittel eine zentrale Öffnung zur Einbringung der Trachealkanüle bzw. Apallikern, also Menschen ohne Hirnfunktion, Patienten mit Schlaganfall, Querschnittsgelähmten, Tumorkranken oder Herz-/Kreislaufkranken) ein Luftröhrenschnitt mit Ausbildung eines Tracheostomas angelegt, um die Zufuhr von sauerstoffreicher Atemluft zu garantieren. Gattungsgemäße Vorrichtungen (beispielsweise G 90 04 962.4, G 299 11 972.6, G 297 10 855.7), auch als &ldquor;Tracheo-Kompressen" bekannt, dienen der Unterfütterung und Abpolsterung von Kanülen/Tuben und anderen laryngotrachealen Instrumenten und Geräten, aber auch dazu, dass zum einen der Schleim zwischen Kanüle/Tubus und Tracheostoma aufgesaugt wird und zum anderen auch die Haut rund um das Stoma hinreichend vor Verletzung und Entzündung geschützt wird. Die &ldquor;Tracheo-Kompressen" gibt es in verschiedenster Ausführung im Handel: beispielsweise ein- oder mehrkammerige, ein- bzw. mehrlagige, kaschierte und unkaschierte, alubedampfte oder alufreie - allen gemeinsam ist jedoch, dass sie vorder- wie rückseitig plan sind. Claims

1. Device for lining tracheostomy cannulas/tubes or other laryngo-tracheal auxiliary units/instruments with an absorbent body made of at least two-layered protective/absorbent fleece, wherein the individual layers are fixed to one another on at least two sides and wherein a central opening is provided in the upper third for inserting the tracheostomy cannula or tracheal tube, characterized in that the absorbent body ( 1 ) has, on its side facing away from the body surface, a pocket ( 4 ) opening towards the central opening, which is designed to protrude from the absorbent body ( 1 ) to collect tracheal secretion.
