Das Grillgerät 2 umfaßt eine Wanne 6, welche dazu bestimmt ist, einen beheizten Feuerraum aufzunehmen. Letzterer ist ein Feuerraum mit offener Flamme und kann als gasbetriebener Brenner oder als Brenner mit glühenden Holzkohlen 3 ausgebildet sein, wie dies schematisch in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Die Wanne 6 ist ferner mittels einer durchbrochenen Kochebene 8 abgedeckt, welche beispielsweise aus einem metallischen Rost gebildet ist, wobei zum Kochen, Grillen oder Rösten bestimmte Lebensmittel 9 auf der unterbrochenen Kochebene 8 abgelegt werden können. Letztere ist beispielsweise aus einer ersten, metallischen, umfangsseitig angeordneten Stange 10 gebildet, welche den Umriß der unterbrochenen Kochebene 8 festlegt. Die unterbrochene Kochebene 8 ist beispielsweise ferner durch in Längsrichtung verlaufende und querverlaufende Stangen 12, 14 gebildet, welche Stangen 10, 12 und 14 die Ausdehnung der unterbrochenen Kochebene 8 festlegen.The grill 2 comprises a pan 6 which is intended to accommodate a heated firebox.
