The invention relates to a container according to the preamble of claim 1.

The object of the present invention is to provide a container of the type described above, the outer wall surface of which is provided with a hand-friendly grip profile which enables the container to be gripped securely and in a non-slip manner.

This object is achieved with a container having the features specified in claim 1 and with a container having the features specified in claim 2.

The container according to the invention according to claim 1 is provided with a handle profile in or on the wall of its molded body. This handle profile is designed in such a way that the impression or impressions are designed as a handle-shaped handle in the wall of the molded body as a negative form or negative forms, i.e. as shapes with raised sections and with recessed sections of one hand or of two human hands grasping the container. These shapes correspond to the shape of a human hand, namely when only one handle-shaped handle is designed for the left or right hand and when two handle-shaped handles are designed for the left and right hand, so that when the container is grasped, both hands grasp the container and come to rest in the handprints.

By forming one or both hands as an impression, i.e. as a negative mold in the wall of the molded body of the container or in the wall of the shell-shaped body, a handle profile is obtained which is designed in a hand-like manner and which, by inserting the hand or hands into the negative molds, ensures that the container is held securely during use of the container. The negative molds in the walls of the molded body of the container or the shell-shaped body can correspond to the shape of hands with fingers placed together, but it is also possible to form the negative molds in such a way that they correspond to hands with spread fingers. The size of the negative molds with their recesses corresponding to the hands corresponds to the average hand size, so that the container can be safely grasped by both large and small hands.

In Fig. 1, a container 100, such as a drinking cup or a glass made of a cylindrical or another geometric shape and cross-sectional shape formed body made of ceramic, porcelain, glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, or an edible material, e.g. a biscuit or wafer-like material _f, is shown.

The container 100 is formed by a molded body 10 whose wall is designated 11 and whose outer wall surface is designated 11a.

In the wall 11 of the molded body 10 of the container 100, the negative molds 20, 20', i.e. moldings or impressions with raised sections 21 and with recessed sections 22 of two human hands 30, 30' grasping the container 100, are formed as a handle-like handle 15. However, it is also possible to provide only a hand impression in or on the molded body wall as a handle-like handle.

The negative molds 20, 20' formed in the wall 11 of the molded body 10 are, as shown in Fig. 1 and 2, formed in the wall or in the outer wall surface 11a of the molded body 10 in such a way that both negative molds 20, 20' representing the hand indentations encompass the molded body 10 in a way in which a container, such as a drinking cup, is also grasped with the hands during use. However, it is also possible to place a handprint on the molded body wall and to attach it to the wall inseparably, e.g. by means of an adhesive bond. The procedure is then such that a handprint or the imprint of both hands is made in a suitable material, in particular a flexible material. Then

The embodiment shown in Fig. 3 is a sleeve-shaped body 10', i.e. a hollow cylindrical body that is open on both sides and can be pushed onto a container, such as a drinking cup or glass, so that the shaped body 10 of the container 100 is encompassed by this sleeve-shaped body 10'. This sleeve-shaped body 10' consists of an elastic plastic, with a shape corresponding to the shape of the shaped body 10 of the container 100.

In the wall 11' of the shell-shaped body 10' or in the outer wall surface 11'a, the negative molds 20, 20' are designed as a handle-shaped handle 15 with raised sections 21 and recessed sections 22 of two human hands 30, 30', the arrangement of the recesses representing the hands in the wall 10' of the shell-shaped body 10' being such that the hand-shaped recesses enclose the shell-shaped body 10'. This shell-shaped body 10' is pulled or plugged onto the molded body 10 of a container 100, so that the shell-shaped body 10' is held on the molded body 10 by means of a press and clamp fit.

The molded body 10 also has a conical shape and is therefore stackable.

Claims (5)

1. Container, such as a drinking cup or glass cup, made from a cylindrical or another geometric shape and cross-sectional shape molded body made of ceramic, porcelain, glass, cardboard, paper, plastic, or edible materials without a handle-shaped handle, characterized in that in or on the wall ( 11 ) of the molded body ( 10 ) as a handle-shaped handle ( 15 ) the impression or impressions, e.g. as a negative mold or negative molds ( 20 , 20 ') with raised sections ( 21 ) and recessed sections ( 22 ) of one hand or two human hands ( 30 , 30 ') grasping the container ( 100 ) are formed. 2. Container, such as a drinking cup or glass cup, made of a cylindrical or another geometrical shape and cross-sectional shape molded body made of ceramic, porcelain, glass, cardboard, paper, plastic, or edible materials without a handle-shaped handle, characterized in that a sleeve-shaped body (' 10 ') made of an elastic plastic with a shape corresponding to the shape of the molded body (10) of the container ( 100 ) is pulled or attached to the outer wall surface (1 1a) of the molded body ( 10 ) of the container ( 100 ), which sleeve-shaped body encases the outer wall surface (1 1a) of the container ( 100 ), is held on the molded body ( 10 ) by means of a press and clamp fit, by shrinking or gluing, and in or on its wall (1 l') or outer wall surface (1 Va) the impression or impressions are formed as a negative mold or negative molds ( 20 , 20 ') with raised portions ( 21 ) and recessed portions ( 22 ) are formed by one hand or two human hands ( 30 , 30 ') enclosing the envelope-shaped body ( 10 '). 3. Container according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the shaped body ( 10 ) has a conical shape and is stackable. 4. Container according to one of claims 2 to 3, characterized in that the envelope-shaped body ( 10 ') consists of a heat-non-conductive material. 5. Container according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the handprint or handprints ( 20 , 20 ') or the hand molding or hand moldings in or on the wall ( 11 ) of the molded body ( 10 ) or in or on the wall of the shell-shaped body ( 10 ') are lined or coated with a heat-non-conductive material.
