Advertising element

The invention relates to an advertising element.

Advertising elements comprising a transparent carrier plate and a metallic embossed foil embossed thereon, at least in some areas, are generally known from the prior art.

For example, DE 42 24 463 Cl discloses a method for coating a transparent carrier plate with a metallic stamping foil coating, in which

A color layer made of at least one color that converts the color of the coating caused by the embossing foil into another color is applied to certain areas of the carrier plate, so that a gold tone can be produced, for example, by a silver foil and a yellow color layer. It is also known from DE 44 12 876 C2 to use a second color layer to more precisely adjust the color of the coating of the carrier plate, either by color support or color conversion.

An advertising element is also known from DE 38 08 689 Cl, in which a layer of colour and a metallic embossed foil are applied to a transparent carrier plate in certain areas to present an advertising message.

In addition to the use of transparent carrier plates, translucent stretch fabrics are also known from the state of the art, which are stretched over a box with interior lighting and carry an advertising message.

For example, US 4,817,317 describes such a stretch fabric for use as an advertising display, which is stretched over a frame.

WO 98/55981 describes an advertising element in the form of a stretched cloth, which can be attached, for example, to the side walls of a truck container via a special frame fixation.

The disadvantage of the advertising elements known from the state of the art is that the versatility or variability of these advertising elements is severely limited. If an advertising element is to be modified, advertising elements from carrier plates as well as stretch fabrics must be completely removed and replaced with new advertising elements. A partial replacement of individual parts of the advertising element, which would also increase the attention of a viewer of this advertising element due to regular changes, is not possible with the advertising elements from the state of the art.

The object of the present invention is to provide an advertising element which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art, in particular enables a partial exchange of parts of the advertising element in order to increase the variability of the advertising element and its advertising effect.

The object of the invention is achieved by an advertising element comprising at least one tensioned cloth stretched on a frame of a housing box and at least one display tray that can be inserted into the tensioned cloth.

According to the invention, the tensioning cloth is made of deep-drawable thermoplastic material.

It is also proposed according to the invention that the tensioned fabric is translucent.

An embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the tensioning cloth can be stretched onto the frame of the housing box manually and/or with heat treatment.

According to the invention, it is preferred that the display shell is replaceable and/or can be mechanically fastened, preferably screwed, to the housing box via brackets.

The invention also provides that the housing box is made of aluminum.

A further embodiment of the invention is characterized by at least one spacer
for spacing the display shell from the housing box and clamping profiles for stretching the tensioned fabric over the frame of the housing box.

It is particularly preferred that the tensioning cloth and the display shell are completely removable from the housing box.

Furthermore, it is proposed according to the invention that the display shell comprises a carrier plate made of transparent, deep-drawable, thermoplastic material, onto which a metallic stamping foil is embossed at least in some areas under the influence of pressure and heat.

It is particularly preferred that the metallic embossing foil comprises an aluminum layer made of aluminum and/or at least one aluminum alloy.

An advertising element according to the invention is characterized by a first color layer between the carrier plate and the aluminum layer of the display shell, wherein the first color layer preferably has a yellow color tone in order to convert the silver tone caused by the aluminum layer into a gold tone.

A further embodiment of the invention is characterized by a second color layer on the side of the aluminum layer facing away from the first color layer, wherein the second color layer preferably either supports the color tone caused by the first color layer and the aluminum layer or converts it into another color tone.

A third color layer can also be provided on the side of the embossing foil facing away from the carrier plate, which preferably consists of a white cover layer.

A further development of the invention is further characterized by at least one light source within the housing box, preferably in the area of the display shell.

Furthermore, it is proposed according to the invention that a tensioned cloth with a display shell can be stretched over the frame on the front and/or back of the housing box.

Finally, it is proposed that the housing box be movable.

The invention is therefore based on the surprising discovery that a combination of a display shell with a stretch fabric is possible in order to increase the variability and advertising effect of an advertising element. The combination opens up the possibility of changing the advertising element at certain intervals, for example by replacing the display shell. This change increases the attractiveness and advertising effect of the advertising element and increases the viewer's attention. Furthermore, the only partial replacement of parts of the advertising element saves considerable costs that would be associated with replacing an entire advertising element.

Further features and advantages of the invention emerge from the following description, in which an embodiment of the invention is explained by way of example using schematic drawings. In the drawings:

Fig. 1 is a plan view of an advertising element according to the invention;

Fig. 2 is a sectional view through the advertising element according to Fig. 1 along the line H-II; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional view through the advertising element shown in Fig. 1, along the line IH-III.

Fig. 1 shows an advertising element according to the invention with a housing box 2 in plan view. A stretched cloth 4 is stretched over a frame 3 of the housing box 2 (Fig. 2). A display shell 5 is inserted into the stretched cloth 4, whereby a corresponding piece was cut out of the stretched cloth 4 before the display shell 5 was inserted. Fig. 1 also shows a light source 8 in the housing box 2, which illuminates both the stretched cloth 4 and the display shell 5. Since the stretched cloth 4 and the display shell 5 are translucent and transparent, particular attention can be drawn to the advertising element 1.

The detailed structure of the display shell 5 and the tensioning cloth 4 is shown in Fig. 2. For reasons of clarity, the light source 8 is not shown in either Fig. 2 or Fig. 3.

The tensioned fabric 4 is stretched over the frame 3 of the housing box 2 via clamping profiles 6, as shown in Fig. 2. Furthermore, spacers 7 are provided, which ensure a uniform distance between the display shell 5 and the frame 3 of the housing box 2 of the advertising element 1. The display shell 5 can be attached to the housing box 2, for example, via the clamping profiles 6, for example by screwing.

Fig. 3 shows a sectional view through the advertising element 1 according to the invention along the line IH-III in Fig. 1.

The advertising element 1 according to the invention makes it possible to easily remove the display shell 5 from the advertising element 1 by simply loosening the fastening of the display shell 5. The appearance of the advertising element 1 can thus be changed in a variety of ways and the advertising effect increased. Since the entire advertising element 1 does not have to be replaced, this variation is also extremely cost-effective.

In addition to the display shell 5, the stretch fabric 4 can of course also carry an advertising message that is illuminated translucently by the light source 8. Any thermoplastic material that can be deep-drawn can be used as the material for the stretch fabric 4, for example the plastic known under the trade name Pana-FIex 645, which is sold by the company 3M.

The fastening of the tensioning fabric 4 to the housing box 2 is also possible in other ways which are well known to a person skilled in the art.

Claims (16)

1. Advertising element ( 1 ) comprising at least one tensioned cloth ( 4 ) stretched on a frame ( 3 ) of a housing box ( 2 ) and at least one display tray ( 5 ) insertable into the tensioned cloth ( 4 ). 2. Advertising element according to claim 1, characterized in that the tensioned cloth ( 4 ) is made of deep-drawable thermoplastic material. 3. Advertising element according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the tensioned fabric ( 4 ) is translucent. 4. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioned cloth ( 4 ) can be stretched manually and/or with heat treatment onto the frame ( 3 ) of the housing box ( 2 ). 5. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the display shell ( 5 ) is exchangeable and/or can be mechanically fastened, preferably screwed, to the housing box ( 2 ) via holders ( 6 ). 6. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing box ( 2 ) is made of aluminum. 7. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by at least one spacer ( 7 ) for spacing the display shell ( 5 ) from the housing box ( 2 ) and clamping profiles ( 6 ) for stretching the tensioned fabric ( 4 ) over the frame ( 3 ) of the housing box ( 2 ). 8. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioned fabric ( 4 ) and the display shell ( 5 ) are completely removable from the housing box ( 2 ). 9. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the display shell ( 5 ) comprises a carrier plate made of transparent, deep-drawable, thermoplastic material, onto which a metallic embossing foil is embossed at least in regions under the action of pressure and heat. 10. Advertising element according to claim 9, characterized in that the metallic embossing foil comprises an aluminum layer made of aluminum and/or at least one aluminum alloy. 11. Advertising element according to claim 10, characterized by a first color layer between the carrier plate and the aluminum layer of the display shell ( 5 ), wherein the first color layer preferably has a yellow color tone in order to convert the silver tone caused by the aluminum layer into a gold tone. 12. Advertising element according to claims 10 or 11, characterized by a second color layer on the side of the aluminum layer facing away from the first color layer, wherein the second color layer preferably either supports the color tone caused by the first color layer and the aluminum layer or converts it into another color tone. 13. Advertising element according to one of claims 10 to 12, characterized by a third color layer on the side of the embossed foil facing away from the carrier plate, which preferably consists of a white cover layer. 14. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by at least one light source ( 8 ) within the housing box ( 2 ), preferably in the region of the display shell ( 5 ). 15. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a tensioned cloth ( 4 ) with a display shell ( 5 ) can be stretched onto the front and/or back of the housing box ( 2 ) over the frame ( 3 ). 16. Advertising element according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the housing box ( 2 ) is movable.
