BeschreibungDescription
Der Grundgedanke für das Sonnenliegendach entstand im Urlaub in Italien. Dort gibt es einfache Stoffliegen mit einem fest angebrachten Sonnendach. Unsere Idee aber ist ein Sonnenliegendach, das nachträglich an bereits vorhandene Liegen angebaut werden kann. Es wird einfach mit zwei Gummibändern am Kopfteil der Liege fixiert.The basic idea for the sun lounger roof came about while on holiday in Italy. Unser Liegendach ist umweltfreundlich aus Holz gearbeitet und und für den Selbstbausatz bestimmt, könnte aber auch aus anderen Materialien (z. B. Plastik) gefertigt werden. Es besteht aus einem Holzdach, zwei seitlichen Trägerleisten und einer Bodenplatte, sowie diversen Schrauben und Beilagscheiben. Am Holzboden, der mit zwei stabilen Gummibändern am Kopfteil der Liege befestigt wird, befinden sich zwei Stützrollen aus Holz, um ein Abrutschen zu verhindern. Claims (1)
Die Bodenplatte A ist an einer Längsseite segmentförmig ausgeschnitten. Dies ermöglicht eine leichte Federung und einen Druckausgleich im Aufliegebereich der Schulterpartie. An den anderen drei Seiten sind Befestigungsleisten.
Die Dachplatte B hat zwei seitliche Befestigungsleisten.
Die Verbindungsleisten C werden seitlich an Bodenplatte A und Dachplatte B geschraubt.
In die Verbindungsleisten C und in alle Befestigungsleisten werden Verschraublöcher gebohrt oder gestanzt.
In die inneren Verschraublöcher 11 der Befestigungsleisten der Dachplatte B und der Bodenplatte A kommen jeweils eine Schlossschraube 2. Auf diese Schlossschrauben 2 werden jeweils eine Gummibeilagscheibe 6, dann die Verbindungsleiste C und nochmals eine Gummibeilagscheibe 6, dann eine Metallbeilagscheibe 5 und zum Feststellen eine Flügelmutter 4 gesteckt Die Flügelmutter 4 wird fest angeschraubt. Die Gummibeilagscheiben 6 ermöglichen durch ihre Elastizität eine stufenlose Verstellbarkeit.
In die beiden oberen Verschraublöcher 12 der Befestigungsleisten der Bodenplatte A kommen je eine Schlossschraube 3. Auf diese Schlossschrauben 3 werden jeweils eine Stützrolle 10, dann eine Beilagscheibe 7 und eine Schraubenmutter 8 gesteckt. Die Schraubenmutter 8 wird festgeschraubt. Die Stützrollen 10 ermöglichen - durch das Aufliegen an zwei Punkten - eine individuelle Anpassung an verschiedene Kopfteilformen der Sonnenliegen. Sie dienen zugleich der Halterung und verhindern ein Abrutschen des Sonnenliegendaches.
In die Verschraublöcher 13 der Befestigungsleisten der Bodenplatte A wird jeweils eine Spaxschraube 9 bis auf ca. 2 mm eingedreht. An diesen Spaxschrauben 9 werden die beiden Gummibänder 1 (oder Halterungsgurte) eingehängt. Die Gummibänder 1 (oder Halterungsgurte) haben mehrere Stanzlöcher 14, die genügend Spielraum schaffen und somit verschiedene Breiten der Sonnenliegen berücksichtigen. A carriage bolt 2 is placed in each of the inner screw holes 11 of the fastening strips of the roof panel B and the base panel A. A rubber washer 6 is placed on each of these carriage bolts 2 , then the connecting strip C and another rubber washer 6 , then a metal washer 5 and a wing nut 4 to secure it. The wing nut 4 is screwed on tightly. The rubber washers 6 enable continuous adjustment due to their elasticity.
A carriage bolt 3 is placed in each of the two upper screw holes 12 of the fastening strips of the base plate A. A support roller 10 , then a washer 7 and a screw nut 8 are placed on each of these carriage bolts 3. The screw nut 8 is screwed tight. The support rollers 10 allow individual adjustment to different headboard shapes of the sun loungers because they rest on two points. They also serve as a holder and prevent the sun lounger roof from slipping.
A Spax screw 9 is screwed into the screw holes 13 of the fastening strips of the base plate A to a depth of approx. 2 mm. The two rubber bands 1 (or mounting straps) are attached to these Spax screws 9. The rubber bands 1 (or mounting straps) have several punched holes 14 that create enough space and thus take into account different widths of the sun loungers.
