Description

The present invention relates to a folder for clamping and holding sheets, documents and the like according to the preamble of claim 1.

In the case of these so-called clip folders, which hold and hold sheets, documents and the like without holes, a clamping rail is pushed over the outside of the front and back cover. In other such clip folders, a clip is provided which clamps the sheets or the like directly onto the back cover, whereby the front cover can be opened regardless of the position of this clip.

In both cases, there is a removable clamping rail or clip, and a special handle is required for clamping.

The object of the present invention is to create a folder for clamping and holding sheets, documents and the like of the type mentioned at the beginning, which ensures a clamping insertion and removal of sheets, documents and the like in a simple manner without any lose parts and without a special handle.

To achieve this object, the features specified in claim 1 are provided in a folder of the type mentioned.

The measures according to the invention ensure that the sheets, documents and the like are held in place in a clamping manner, which can be both assembled and disassembled in a quick and easy manner, which can be achieved by simply opening and closing the folder.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the features according to claim 2 are provided. This has the particular advantage that the cover in question can be opened when the clamping areas are clamped, so that the sheets, documents or the like that are still clamped are exposed and can be viewed. The features according to claim 3 are preferably provided.

Advantageous embodiments of the permanent magnet arrangement result from one or more of claims 4 to 6.

An attractive design is achieved by the features according to claim 7.

The clipboard 10 shown in the drawing according to a preferred embodiment serves for clamping and holding sheets 11, documents and similar documents, whereby these documents can be made of paper, plastic, a combination thereof, etc. It is understood that the clipboard 10 holding the sheets 11 or similar can have any format.

The clipboard 10 has a front cover 12 and a rear cover 13, which are connected to one another via a flexible spine 14. The front cover 12 is divided into a clamping area 16 adjacent to the spine 14 and a cover part 17, which are connected to one another via a folding fold 18. The rear cover 13 also has a clamping area 19, to which a cover part 20 of the rear cover 13 is directly and essentially rigidly connected. The two clamping areas 16 and 19 are essentially the same length and width as well as the same thickness and the formats of the front cover 12 and rear cover 13 are essentially identical.

The clamping area 16 and the clamping area 19 each have a permanent magnet arrangement 26 and 29, respectively, which in the illustrated embodiment consists of two strip-shaped permanent magnets 27 and 28, respectively, which are in direct contact with one another in the longitudinal extension of the clamping area 16, 19. The permanent magnets 27 and 28 are designed and arranged in such a way that the two permanent magnet arrangements 26 and 29 attract one another and adhere to one another across the stack thickness of the documents 11.

The cover part 17 of the front cover 12 and the cover part 20 of the rear cover 13 have a plate 21 or 22 made of plastic or cardboard, whereby the plate 22 of the rear cover 13 has approximately the same thickness as the permanent magnet 2 8 of the

Permanent magnet arrangement 29. In contrast, the plate 21 of the front cover part 17 is thinner than the permanent magnet 27 of the permanent magnet arrangement 26.

The plates 21 and 22 as well as the permanent magnet arrangements 29 and 30 are covered by an inner layer 31 and an outer layer 32, which are connected to one another, for example by adhesive. The covering layers 31 and 32 form, in the areas immediately adjacent to one another, the spine 14 between the two clamping areas 16 and 19 on the one hand and the folding fold 18 between the clamping area 16 and the cover part 17 of the front cover 12 on the other. As a result, the clamping folder 10 is a single piece and can be opened completely in the manner mentioned for inserting or removing sheets 11 and partially for viewing or writing on the sheets 11. In addition, the permanent magnets 27, 28 are integrated into the covers 12, 13 of the folder 10.

According to Figures 1 and 2A, the sheets 11 or similar documents are clamped between the clamping areas 16 and 17 or their permanent magnet arrangements 26 and 29 when the folder is completely closed. The same applies to the partially opened position according to Figure 2B, in which only the cover part 17 of the front cover 12 is partially opened for viewing and/or writing on the sheets 11 or similar documents, while the clamping

is still effective due to the adhering permanent magnets 27 and 28.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention (not shown), the permanent magnet arrangements 26 and 29 are formed by individual permanent magnets of any desired base area arranged at a distance from one another. It is also possible to replace one of the permanent magnet arrangements 26 or 29 with a magnetic metal sheet (or pieces of sheet).

It is also possible to design the rear cover 13 in two parts instead of or in addition to the front cover 12, i.e. to provide a folding fold corresponding to the folding fold 18 between the clamping area 19 and the cover part 20.

Claims (7)

1. Folder ( 10 ) for clamping and holding sheets ( 11 ), documents and the like, with a front cover ( 12 ) and a rear cover ( 13 ), between which a preferably flexible spine ( 14 ) is provided, characterized in that the front or rear cover ( 12 , 13 ) has a first permanent magnet arrangement ( 26 , 29 ) on a clamping area ( 16 , 19 ) facing the spine ( 14 ) and the other cover ( 13 , 12 ) has a second permanent magnet arrangement ( 29 ) which magnetically adheres to the first permanent magnet arrangement ( 26 ) or a sheet metal arrangement which fits the first permanent magnet arrangement. 2. Folder according to claim 1, characterized in that a folding fold ( 18 ) is provided between the clamping area ( 16 ) of the front cover ( 12 ) and/or that of the rear cover ( 13 ) and a cover part ( 17 , 20 ). 3. Folder according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping area ( 16 , 19 ) extends in strip form over the entire length of a transverse or longitudinal edge of the folder ( 10 ). 4. Folder according to at least one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the permanent magnet arrangement ( 26 , 29 ) is arranged over the entire length of the clamping area ( 16 , 19 ). 5. Folder according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the permanent magnet arrangement ( 26 , 29 ) has a plurality of permanent magnets ( 27 , 28 ) distributed over the entire length of the clamping area ( 16 , 19 ). 6. Folder according to at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the permanent magnet arrangement ( 26 , 29 ) has two strip-shaped permanent magnets ( 27 , 28 ) adjoining one another in a strip-like arrangement over the entire length of the clamping area ( 16 , 19 ). 7. Folder according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the permanent magnet arrangement ( 26 , 29 ) and/or the sheet metal arrangement is integrated in the front or rear cover ( 12 , 13 ).
