Description

Befestigungsklammer für Geschnittene Gradziegel. Die Befestigungsklammer findet ihr Anwendungsbereich auf dem Ziegeldach. Sie wird am Gradbereich des Daches eingesetzt. Da am Grad die Dachziegel angeschnitten werden müssen entstehen kleinere Ziegelstücke. Die nicht mehr auf den Dachlatten aufliegen und keinen Halt mehr finden. Um diese zu stützen und befestigen wird die U förmige Befestigungsklammer aufgeschoben .An der Befestigungsklammer befindet sich eine Rastnase die beim aufschieben auf die Dachziegel in dem zuvor angebrachten kleinen fugenartigen Flexschnitt auf der Oberseite der Dachziegel einrastet. Anschließend wird durch die dafür vorgesehenen Löcher Ober- und Unterloch eine Holzschraube mit Vollgewinde durch die Klammer bis ins Unterholz geschraubt. Da das Unterloch kleiner ist als das Oberloch schneidet sich die Schraube durch das Unterloch und die Klammer zieht sich automatisch an der Dachziegel fest wenn der Schraubkopf auf die Klammer auftrifft . Wird die Ziegel bei diesem Vorgang auf die richtige Höhe gehalten und die Schraube dringt ins Unterholz ein, bekommt die Dachziegel einen stabilen Stand und ist vorm abrutschen gesichert .Somit werden die üblichen Arbeitsvorgänge wie anbohren der Dachziegel und Rastnägel setzen zur Auflage der Dachziegel überflüssig . Claims
