Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wälzlager mit einem einteiligen Innenring(2),einem einteiligen Außenring(l), zwei Wälzkörperreihen(3+4) mit jeweils mindestens 3 Wälzkörpem(Zylinderrollen),zwei äußeren Anlaufscheiben(5+6) sowie zwei inneren Anlaufscheiben(7+8),die mittels Seeger-Ringe(9+10+11) axial fixiert werden , und beidseitigen Rundschnurdichtungen(13+15). SL04...PP(INA) eingesetzt.Diese Lager haben einen axial geteilten Innenring wobei die beiden Innenringhälften jeweils 2 Borde aufweisen.um das Schränken der Rollen zu minimieren.Diese insgesamt 4 Borde reduzieren den axialen Bauraum für die Rollen erheblich.Obige Erfindung kommt mit insgesamt 2 Innenringborden(entspr. Axialscheiben 5+6) aus,wodurch axialer Bauraum für längere Rollen und damit höhere Tragzahlen gewonnen wird.Da die Axialscheiben(5+6+7+8) die Wälzkörper fast über den gesamten Rollendurchmesser axial führen.dürfte auch das Schränkverhalten der Rollen deutlich besser sein.Bearings according to the above invention are mainly intended for use in crane pulleys.
