Description

The invention relates to a sales display, in particular with product carriers as a heavy goods display made of cardboard or similar materials with a multi-layer structure for holding and presenting goods, wherein the sales display for shipping consists of folding elements which, when unfolded, form a U-shaped sales display consisting of side walls and a rear wall with receptacles for inserting product carriers which connect the side walls to one another.

The usual problem with sales displays is that the shelves or trays used to hold the goods must be so stable after they have been inserted that, when the goods are loaded, the product carriers and therefore the goods cannot slip out due to vibrations during shipping or on-site stresses in the store, such as external - even accidental - influences from customers or their shopping carts. The stability of the sales displays therefore plays a crucial role; this is particularly important because the product carriers have to withstand a considerable weight due to the weight of the goods. Another important aspect is the good transportability and the ability to set up the sales displays quickly.

Known solutions for this include anchoring the goods holders, for example, in which recesses are made on the inward-facing parts of the side walls over at least one layer, usually over two or more layers of the multi-layer wall. This solution is time-consuming and complicated, but offers the advantage of inserting angles or tabs arranged approximately centrally on the sides of the goods holders into the approximately centrally arranged recesses in the side walls.

A solution is known from DE-GM 87 12 389, in which recesses are arranged in the full height of the side walls of the product carriers from the front edge of the side walls towards the back of the display in the form of continuous grooves, so that the product carrier is pushed into the display of the sales display like a drawer. This solution also has disadvantages: An additional

Fastening the goods holder by gluing fastening tabs is necessary because the goods holder is placed on only one or two layers of the side walls. This in turn is cumbersome, costly and time-consuming.

From DE 296 10 443.4, a sales display is also known in which the receptacles for the product carriers in the intermediate layers of the side walls have L-shaped recesses that are open at the front and connect to the receiving space, and the shelves or trays to be inserted have corresponding guides as outer angled boundaries that can be at least partially inserted into the recesses and the base surface rests in slots in the side walls as part of the recesses. The product carriers are therefore ultimately pushed directly into the intermediate layers of the side walls. This is intended to increase stability. As a supplement or further development of this device, DE 296 10 442.6 provides that the part of the product carrier that protrudes from the intermediate layers of the side walls is provided with an attachable reinforcement part.

However, these sales displays with retractable product carriers still have a significant stability problem, which is particularly noticeable with goods with a high net weight.

The object of the present invention is therefore to increase the stability of the sales displays while making them easy to handle, especially in the case of sales displays with heavy goods displays.

This object is achieved by the features listed in claim 1. These inventive measures create a sales display that has the following features:

· the product carriers are folded in such a way that they have additional side parts designed as flaps that protrude on their rear side facing away from the rear wall,

• which are folded towards the front of the sales display,

• the tabs are designed as vertical slide-in rails,

• and wherein the side parts connected to the rear wall of the sales display are folded in such a way that they form a gap open towards the rear wall,

· the tabs are designed to correspond to the gaps,

• and wherein the product carriers are inserted vertically from top to bottom into the gaps of the sales display via their tabs,

• and wherein the product carriers pushed into the sales display reach their final position on crossbeams which are connected to the side parts of the sales display.

In conventional designs, angles are often glued to the floor to increase durability. Other designs described above work with product supports that can be inserted from the front. These solutions have the disadvantage that tensile forces act on the side walls, which endangers durability.

The solution according to the invention does not require any additional reinforcing materials on or in the side parts (e.g. plastic parts for holding the product carrier or angle and tube constructions), but works only with laminated corrugated cardboard, for example. The necessary distance to create space in the interior of the product carrier for the crossbars to be attached is achieved by simply folding the rear wall to the side parts. The rear wall is then connected to the side parts by cardboard strips as crossbars, which do not have a load-bearing function, but only a holding function for the distance between the side parts and as a support for the product carriers.

According to the invention, the product carriers themselves are improved by folding them from simple corrugated cardboard or in a laminated version in such a way that additional tabs are formed on the left and right at the back. When setting up the system, these tabs are inserted into the free spaces between the two sides.

The corresponding folded side parts are inserted vertically into the spaces between the two parts. As a result, the sales display according to the invention is constructed in such a way that the rear wall with the folded side parts is placed in the (optional) base part, the crossbars are placed horizontally and/or beveled in corresponding slots on the inside of the side parts, followed by the vertical insertion of the product carriers into their final position.

The system is set up in this way and is ready to receive goods. The particular advantage is that the leverage of the product carriers loaded with goods means that they are anchored surprisingly firmly in the system and at the same time the entire sales display is stabilized. The load capacity is 120 kg with four shelves and a height of approx. 130cm to 150cm. The special arrangement of the slots means that the product carriers can also be inserted at an angle, which offers another advantage for the display of goods.

Further advantageous measures are contained in the remaining subclaims. The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings and is described in more detail below. It shows:

The sales display 10 shown in Figure 1 consists of a multi-layer structure, with a rear wall 11 and connected side parts 12 (= side walls) being arranged in one piece by means of a corresponding U-shaped fold. As can be seen from Figure 2, the side parts 12 are in turn folded in such a way that they form an intermediate space 13 that is open towards the rear wall and serves as a vertical slide-in rail. The product carriers 14 are pushed vertically into this slot.

The product carriers 14 are also made in one piece from cardboard or similar materials and are folded in such a way that they have a slightly angled front edge 15, a base 16 and two side edges 17; the product carrier 14 also has a back 18, which has a multi-layered tab 19 according to the invention on the two outer sides. The protruding tabs 19 are folded in such a way that they each form a vertical insertion rail that is aligned towards the front edge 15 of the product carrier 14. These insertion rails formed by the tabs 19 correspond in terms of their dimensions to the insertion rails formed by the open space 13 of the side parts 12 of the sales display 10.

The product carriers 14 are now pushed or pushed vertically from top to bottom into the open space 13 of the side parts 12 to the base part 20 of the sales display 11 via the tabs 19. The product carriers reach their final position at holding points formed by crossbars 21. These crossbars 21 are also made of cardboard or similar materials and are pushed between the side parts 12 (see Figure 3); they are held in slots 22 arranged on the inside 12a of the side parts 12. According to the invention, two different types of slots 22 are provided, namely slots 22a which hold the product carrier in a horizontal position and slots 22b which hold the product carrier in a position slightly angled towards the front of the sales display 10. The latter position in particular enables the goods on the product carriers 14 to be presented in a clearly visible manner.

Sales display, in particular with product carriers as heavy goods display made of cardboard or similar materials with a multi-layer structure for holding and presenting goods, whereby the sales display for shipping consists of folding elements which, when unfolded, form a U-shaped sales display consisting of side walls and a rear wall with receptacles for inserting product carriers which connect the side walls to one another, characterized in that a) the product carriers ( 14 ) are folded in such a way that they have additional side parts designed as tabs ( 19 ) projecting from their rear side facing away from the rear wall ( 11 ), b) which are folded towards the front of the sales display ( 10 ), c) wherein the tabs ( 19 ) are designed as vertical slide-in rails, d) and wherein the side parts ( 12 ) connected to the rear wall ( 11 ) of the sales display ( 10 ) are folded in such a way that they form an intermediate space ( 13 ) open towards the rear wall ( 11 ), e) wherein the tabs ( 19 ) are designed to correspond to the intermediate spaces ( 13 ), f) and wherein the product carriers ( 14 ) are inserted vertically from top to bottom into the gaps ( 13 ) of the sales display ( 10 ) via their tabs ( 19 ), g) and wherein the product carriers ( 14 ) pushed into the sales display ( 10 ) reach their final position on cross members ( 21 ) which are connected to the side parts (12) of the sales display ( 10 ). 2. Sales display according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross members ( 21 ) are held on slots ( 22 , 22a , 22b ) which are arranged on the inner sides ( 12a ) of the side parts 12 . 3. Sales display according to claim 2, characterized in that the slots ( 22a ) are arranged such that a horizontal position of the cross members ( 21 ) is given. 4. Sales display according to claim 2, characterized in that the slots ( 22b ) are arranged such that a beveled position of the cross members ( 21 ) is provided. 5. Sales display according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the system consists of corrugated cardboard.
