Die Neuerung betrifft eine Sandale mit einem insbesondere eine Zwischensohle bildenden Schuhboden, an welchem eine Beriemung über eine Decksohle befestigt ist, die innenseitig mit dem Schuhboden verbunden ist, und mit einem zumindest seitlich rechts und links an der Beriemung gelegenen äußeren Sohlenrand, zwischen dem eine Fußbettung angelegt ist. Sandalen der vorstehenden Art sind seit langer Zeit allgemein verbreitet und deshalb bekannt. Die Verbindung der Beriemung mit dem Schuhboden erfolgt üblicherweise dadurch, daß die Beriemung mit dem Schuhboden verklebt oder vernäht wird. Hierzu greift die Beriemung oftmals mit einem abgewinkelten Endbereich zwischen den Schuhboden und eine gegen diesen geklebte Laufsohle. Bei dickeren Schuhböden wird die EJeriemung häufig in seitliche Ausnehmungen des Schuhbodens eingeklebt. Oftmals führt man die Beriemung auch beim Herstellen des Schuhbodens mit ihren Enden in die zu verwendende Form ein, so daß sie in den Schuhboden eingeschäumt wird.Sandals of the above type have been in widespread use for a long time and are therefore well known. Beim Gehen mit Sandalen stützt sich der Fuß auf dem Schuhboden ab und leitet oftmals relativ hohe Kräfte in die Benennung, wodurch die Gefahr besteht, daß sich die Beriemung vom Schuhboden löst. Ein solcher Schuh, welcher optisch wie ein rahmengenähter Schuh aussieht, ist verhältnismäßig stabil, weil durch die Naht zwischen dem Schaft und der Decksohle diese beiden Schuhbestandteile eine Einheit bilden. Das Erfordernis eines nach außen gerichteten Randes des Schaftes und der Decksohle schließen jedoch diese Machart für Sandalen aus. Weiterhin führt die Naht durch die erforderlichen Nahtlöcher zu einer Schwächung der Beriemung und des Randes der Decksohle, so daß die Nahtlöcher bei hohen Kräften wie eine Perforation wirken können und es dadurch zu einem Abreißen der Beriemung kommen kann.DE 30 43 725 U1 already describes a flexible shoe in which the bottom of the shoe is covered on the inside by an insole which is glued from above to a raised sole edge with a flange-like edge area extending outwards. Eine solche Sandale wirkt sehr leicht, weil der Schuhboden nach außen hin nicht wesentlich über die Verbindungsstelle mit der Beriemung ragen muß. Da die Beriemung von außen her gegen den Randbereich der Decksohle geklebt wird, hat man die Möglichkeit, durch ausreichende Bemessung des Randbereiches eine für die Übertragung großer Kräfte geeignete, große Klebefläche zu erzeugen, ohne daß die Sandale dadurch ein klobiges Aussehen erhält. Weiterhin wird die Klebung lediglich durch Scherkräfte beansprucht, was wiederum ihrer Haltbarkeit zugute kommt. 1. 10. Sandal according to one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the lateral edge regions ( 5 , 16 ) of the insole ( 4 ; 15 ) and/or the sections ( 12 ) of the stabilizing layer ( 7 ) extend over the entire length of the lateral part of the upper material bandage or the strapping ( 3 ; 8 ).

11. Sandal according to one of claims 1-10, characterized in that the lateral edge regions ( 5 ; 16 ) of the insole ( 4 ; 15 ) and/or the sections ( 12 ) of the stabilizing layer ( 7 ) protrude 2.5 cm beyond the sole edge ( 2 ; 11 ) of the shoe bottom ( 1 ; 9 , 10 ).

12. Sandal according to one of claims 1-11, characterized in that the shoe bottom ( 9 , 10 ) designed as a shell sole with footbed ( 14 ) tapers in height towards the ball part of the foot and in particular extends outwards in a foot-friendly curved shape modelled on the anatomy of the foot with the upper edge of the sole edge ( 2 ; 11 ).

13. Sandal according to one of claims 1-12, characterized in that the insole consists of a thin leather sole (e.g. with a thickness of 0.07 - 0.1 cm).

14. Sandal according to one of claims 1-13, characterized in that the shoe bottom ( 1 ; 9 , 10 ) is made of an elastic plastic material (polyurethane) or an elastic composite material (natural latex/cork mixture).

15. Sandal according to one of claims 2-14, characterized in that the stabilizing layer ( 7 ), in particular a textile carrier used for this purpose, is foamed into the material of the shoe sole during production in the press.

16. Shoe bottom ( 1 ; 9 , 10 ), in particular as a midsole, with cover sole, which has an outer raised sole edge ( 2 ; 11 ) with a footbed formed between them on the upper side, characterized in that

- that a bare covering sole is attached to the shoe bottom ( 1 ; 9 , 10 ) as the insole ( 4 ; 15 ),

- that these edge regions ( 5 ; 16 ) each form an outer lateral fastening section for the straps ( 3 ; 8 ) or also for an outer section protruding from the shoe bottom ( 9 , 10 ), which also serves to fasten the straps ( 8 ),

- and that on the outside of the shoe bottom ( 1 ; 9 , 10 ) fastening points ( 5 , 6 ; 13 ) in the form of recesses are provided for the ends of the straps ( 3 ; 8 ) of the sandal.

17. Shoe bottom according to claim 1, characterized in that the insole ( 15 ) consists of a thin leather sole (e.g. 0.07-0.1 cm thick).

18. Shoe bottom according to claim 16 or 17, characterized in that an outer lip ( 6 ) of the sole edge ( 2 ) or an outer section ( 12 ) of a stabilizing layer ( 7 ) extending therefrom and starting from the shoe bottom ( 9 , 10 ) is provided as fastening points ( 6 , 7 ) for the strapping ( 3 ; 8 ), on the outside of which the strapping ( 8 ) and on the inside of which the edge region ( 16 ) of the insole ( 15 ) is glued.

19. Shoe bottom according to claim 18, characterized in that the stabilizing layer ( 7 ) is formed from a part separate from the shoe bottom ( 9 , 10 ), which is guided for anchoring within sections ( 9 , 10 ) of the shoe bottom with a section between them.

20. Shoe bottom according to claim 19, characterized in that the stabilizing layer ( 7 ) consists of a fabric.

21. Shoe bottom according to one of claims 18-21, characterized in that the lateral edge regions ( 5 ; 16 ) of the insole ( 15 ) and/or the sections ( 12 ) of the stabilizing layer ( 7 ) protrude 2.5 cm beyond the sole edge ( 11 ) of the shoe bottom ( 9 , 10 ).

22. Shoe bottom according to one of claims 16-21, characterized in that the shoe bottom ( 1 ; 9 , 10 ) designed as a shell sole tapers in height to the shell shape for the ball part of the foot and in particular extends outwards in a foot-friendly curved shape with the upper edge of the sole edge ( 2 ; 11 ) modeled on the lateral anatomy of the foot.

23. Shoe bottom according to one of claims 16-22, characterized in that it is made of an elastic plastic material or an elastic composite material and that the stabilizing layer ( 7 ), in particular in the form of a textile carrier, is foamed into the material of the shoe bottom during production in the press.

24. Shoe bottom according to claim 23, characterized in that it is made of an elastic polyurethane or an elastic composite material in the form of a natural latex/cork mixture.

25. Shoe bottom according to one of claims 16-24, characterized in that the omissions of the fastening points are guided as a recess ( 13 ) over the entire length of the raised sole edge ( 11 ) along the respective right and left outer side of the footbed, in which the upper material bandage of the strapping ( 8 ) comes to lie with its outer end.

26. Shoe bottom according to claim 25, characterized in that an opening ( 13 ) for receiving the strapping ( 8 ) extends towards the raised sole edge ( 11 ) and is designed according to the thickness of the insole ( 15 ) to be overlapped and the stabilizing layer ( 7 ).

27. Shoe bottom according to claim 26, characterized in that in the recess ( 13 ) for receiving the strapping ( 8 ), the end faces ( 17 , 18 ) of the strapping ( 8 ) and of the sole edge ( 11 ) can be placed against one another in abutment.

28. Shoe bottom according to one of claims 16-27, characterized in that the footbed ( 14 ) is modelled on the anatomy of the sole of the foot and consists of a recess ( 19 ) for supporting the toe, a toe spreader ( 20 ), a transverse arch support ( 21 ) with a pad extending upwards approximately in the middle, a recess ( 22 ) for the heel and an outer longitudinal arch support ( 23 ).

29. Shoe bottom according to one of claims 16-28, characterized in that the shoe bottom simultaneously forms an outsole.
