1. Device for collecting excrement, in particular dog excrement, characterized in that it comprises a holder ( 3 ) for at least one bag ( 5 ), which is open at at least one end, and means ( 4 ) movable thereover for at least partially pressing a rubber band ( 6 ) attached around the holder ( 3 ) next to the aforementioned open end down from this holder ( 3 ) so that the latter partially relaxes and can close around the part of a bag ( 5 ) protruding from the holder ( 3 ) at the aforementioned end.

Device according to claims 2 and 3, characterized in that it comprises two superimposable quivers ( 3 , 4 ) which can be placed over the excreta ( 1 ), wherein, in the ready-to-use state, the inner quiver ( 3 ) protrudes with at least one end from the outer quiver ( 4 ), this protruding end is surrounded by a rubber band ( 6 ) and a small bag ( 5 ) is attached in the inner quiver ( 3 ), the edges of which are folded over the aforementioned end of the inner quiver ( 3 ).

Device according to claim 4, characterized in that the end of the inner sleeve ( 3 ) is shaped such that when a rubber band ( 6 ) is pushed through the outer sleeve ( 4 ) to the outermost edge of this end of the inner sleeve ( 3 ), this rubber band ( 6 ) automatically comes away at least partially from this end and can thus partially relax in order to close the bag ( 5 ).

6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the end of the inner quiver ( 3 ) is bevelled and the outermost edge thereof lies in a plane which forms an angle with the longitudinal axis of the quivers ( 3 , 4 ).

7. Device according to claim 6, characterized in that the inclination of this plane is such that the difference between the outermost points of the edge of the inner quiver ( 3 ), seen in its axial direction, is slightly greater than the width of the rubber band ( 6 ) in the same direction.

8. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that the end of the inner quiver ( 3 ) comprises two mutually opposite projections ( 17 ).

9. Device according to claim 8, characterized in that the height of the projections ( 17 ) is greater than the width of the rubber band ( 6 ), seen in the axial direction of the inner quiver ( 3 ).

10. Device according to one of claims 4 to 9, characterized in that it has a spring ( 10 ) between the two quivers ( 3 , 4 ) which resiliently presses the inner quiver ( 3 ) with the aforementioned end out of the outer quiver ( 4 ).

11. Device according to one of claims 4 to 10, characterized in that the outer edge of the outer quiver ( 4 ) is provided on the inside with a groove ( 15 ) for the rubber band ( 6 ).

12. Device according to one of claims 4 to 11, characterized in that both quivers ( 3 , 4 ) are round.

13. Device according to one of claims 4 to 12, characterized in that a lid ( 14 ) is attached to the outer quiver ( 4 ).

14. Set of two superimposed quivers, designed to form the device according to one of the preceding claims after fitting a bag ( 5 ) in the inner quiver ( 3 ) and a rubber band ( 6 ) around a part of the inner quiver ( 3 ) protruding from the outer quiver ( 4 ).
