7. Foldable pavilion according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that textile or plastic bands or loops ( 22 ) for fastening the tent tarpaulin ( 13 ) to the frame ( 10 , 11 ) are arranged on the tensioning bands ( 17 , 18 ) arranged on the inside of the tent tarpaulin.

8. Foldable gazebo according to claim 7, characterized in that the textile or plastic bands ( 22 ) consist of a Velcro material.

9. Foldable pavilion according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the tarpaulin ( 13 ), preferably including a valance ( 14 , 16 ), consists of a square or rectangular cut.

10. Foldable pavilion according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the tent roof slope adjustable via the mast tip(s) ( 12 ) is at an angle (α) of 15° to 25°, preferably 20°, in each case relative to the horizontal.
