Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zum Schutz gegen das Zufrieren von Türen, insbesondere Fahrzeugtüren.The invention relates to an arrangement for protecting against freezing of doors, in particular vehicle doors.
An kalten Wintertagen, insbesondere wenn Regenwetter in Frost-wetter übergegangen ist, stellen zugefrorene Fahrzeugtüren die Fahrzeugbenutzer vor große Probleme. Bei Eisenbahntriebwagen hat man bekanntlich das Problem mittels einer kräftigen Heizung lösen können, die vornehmlich den unteren Teil der Türen beaufschlagt. Bei den Türen von Kraftfahrzeugen besteht andererseits das Problem, dass diese während der Fahrt durch die Innenraumheizung in der Regel nicht zufrieren, dagegen nach einer kalten Nacht nur geringe Feuchtigkeitsmengen an den Türdichtungen das Öffnen von Türen und Kofferraum verhindern, sofern man nicht in Kauf nehmen will, dass die Abdichtungen beschädigt werden. Das Aufbringen von Glyzerin auf die Dichtungsflächen schafft zwar Abhilfe, aber diese Mittel werden durch Regen und Tauwasser beim intensiven Gebrauch des Kraftfahrzeuges schnell abgewaschen. Bekannt ist ferner, das Fahrzeug mit Hilfe einer Standheizung vorzuwärmen und so das Zufrieren der Türen zu beseitigen. Gemäß der Erfindung ist zum Öffnen zugefrorener Türen, insbesondere Fahrzeugtüren, vorgesehen, dass Türdichtungsflächen beheizbar sind. Es können gemäß einer Ausführung der Erfindung Türdichtungen vorgesehen sein, die einen Heizleiter enthalten. Hierzu kann zweckmäßig in der Dichtfläche der Türdichtung ein Heizdraht eingebettet sein. Auch ist es möglich, dass ein Heizdraht in einem Wulst der Türdichtung eingebettet ist. Schließlich lässt sich die Erfindung auch dadurch verwirklichen, dass eine Türdichtung vorgesehen ist, die ganz oder teilweise aus Leitgummi besteht. Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist in der Dichtung ein Streifen aus Leitgummi enthalten. Um die Wärme möglichst auf das Eis zwischen den Dichtflächen der Türdichtung zu konzentrieren, ist zweckmäßig die Türdichtung im Bereich des Heizleiters mit Hohlräumen versehen, beispielsweise schlauchförmig gestaltet.According to the invention, in order to open frozen doors, in particular vehicle doors, it is provided that door sealing surfaces are heatable. In Fig.l ist mit B die Fahrzeugbatterie bezeichnet, an deren Pluspol über einen temperaturabhängigen Schalter Sl die Heizwiderstände Rl und R2 mit Strom versorgt werden können. Der Schalter Sl ist beispielsweise nur bei Temperaturen unter Null Grad geschlossen und kann durch eine im Wagen bereits vorhandene Anlage zur Temperaturanzeige mit Frostwarnung gesteuert werden. Mit dem Schalter Sl liegt ein Schalter S2 in Serie, der durch einen Zeitbegrenzer oder einen Temperaturfühler gesteuert, den Stromfluß zu den Heizwiderständen Rl und R2 unterbricht, damit kein unnötiger Stromverbrach eintritt. Der Schalter S3 ist ein Türkontaktschalter für die Fahrertür und trennt nach Abtauen der Eisblockade und Öffnen der Tür die Heizwiderstände in der Fahrertür Rl und R2 von der Batterie. Beim Öffnen des Schlosses der Fahrertür durch Schlüssel oder Fernbedienung wird gleichzeitig der Schalter S2 geschlossen und setzt bei Frost und dem entsprechend geschlossenen Schalter Sl die Heizwiderstände Rl und R2 unter Strom. Wird nach Schmelzen des Eises in der Dichtung die Fahrertür geöffnet, so öffnet sich der Schalter S3, wie oben beschrieben. Wird der Wagen gestartet, und die Batterie von dem nicht dargestellten Generator geladen, so können mit Hilfe des Schalters S4, der als von Hand zu betätigender Drehschalter ausgeführt ist, nacheinander weitere Heizwiderstände in anderen Türen, der Kofferraumklappe usw. eingeschaltet werden.
