Hier ist ein Sitzelement 3 mit dem integrierten Seitenelement 6 so angeordnet, dass das Seitenelement 6 entlang der Längsseite des ersten Gestellteils 7 angeordnet ist, wobei das Gestellteil 7 in einer eingefahreneren Position ist, in der es nahezu deckungsgleich mit dem zweiten Gestellteil 8 des Gestells 2 ist. In dieser Position dient das Seitenteil 6 als Fußstütze, wobei es vorteilhaft ist, dass das Seitenteil 6 auch in eine überhängende Position, d. h. also nach unten gerichtet, gebracht werden kann, so dass sich eine gute Abstützung der Füße ergibt. Claims

1. Furniture for variable sitting and lying with a frame ( 2 ) and at least one, preferably two or more seat elements ( 3 ) and one or more back elements ( 4 ), characterized in that the frame ( 2 ) has at least a first ( 7 ) and a second ( 8 ) frame part, wherein the seat elements ( 3 ) are arranged on the first frame part ( 7 ) and the first frame part ( 7 ) is displaceable in relation to the second frame part ( 8 ) such that the back element ( 4 ) can be folded onto the second frame part ( 8 ) to form an enlarged sitting and lying surface.

Furniture according to claim 1, characterized in that the first ( 7 ) and the second ( 8 ) frame part each have a preferably substantially rectangular frame ( 10 , 11 ), at the corners of which feet ( 5 ) are advantageously at least partially arranged, wherein the frame ( 11 ) of the first frame part ( 7 ) is displaceable in rails ( 9 ) of the second frame part ( 8 ).

3. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first frame part ( 7 ) has rollers which are guided in the rails ( 9 ) of the second frame part ( 8 ).

4. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first ( 7 ) and second ( 8 ) frame parts are connected via telescopic extensions.

5. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first ( 7 ) and the second ( 8 ) frame part are detachably connected to one another.

Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one back element ( 4 ) is articulated in particular to the frame ( 10 ) of the second frame part ( 8 ) via hinge straps or locking joints ( 12 ) which enable at least two, but preferably several different positions of the back element ( 4 ) in relation to the seat surface.

7. Furniture according to claim 6, characterized in that the locking joints ( 12 ) enable a pivoting of the back part ( 4 ) by at least 90°, preferably more than 90°, with respect to the seating surfaces.

8. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the back part ( 4 ) is articulated to the second frame part ( 8 ) via one or more telescopic elements, so that in addition to the pivoting movement, a sliding movement with respect to the second frame part ( 8 ) is possible.

9. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the seat element ( 3 ) has at least one side element ( 6 ) which is preferably arranged such that it can pivot relative to the seat element ( 3 ).

10. Furniture according to claim 9, characterized in that the side element ( 6 ) can be pivoted relative to the seat element ( 3 ) into a plurality of positions, preferably via locking joints, wherein the pivoting range comprises at least 90°, preferably more than 90°.

11. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one, preferably two or more seat elements are arranged on the first frame part ( 7 ) so as to be rotatable about an axis perpendicular to the seat surface.

12. Furniture according to claim 9 and claim 11, characterized in that the rotatably arranged seat element ( 3 ) can assume at least two positions, wherein in the first position the side element ( 6 ) is arranged parallel to the narrow side of the first frame part ( 7 ) and in the second position parallel to the long side of the first frame part ( 7 ).

13. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the seat elements ( 3 ), the side elements ( 6 ) and/or the back elements ( 4 ) are designed as upholstered parts.

14. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first ( 7 ) and/or the second ( 8 ) frame part preferably have at least partially castors on the feet ( 5 ).

15. Furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a bed box is arranged in the first ( 7 ) or second ( 8 ) frame part.
