Claims

1. Flashlight with an at least substantially rod-shaped housing ( 10 ) and a lamp head ( 11 ) at one end which accommodates a light source, characterized in that the end opposite the lamp head ( 11 ) is designed as a writing instrument ( 12 ), preferably as a ballpoint pen with a twist mechanism or as a propelling pencil.

2. Flashlight according to claim 1, characterized in that the writing instrument ( 12 ) is detachably attached to the rod-shaped housing ( 10 ) of the flashlight, preferably via a threaded connection.

3. Flashlight according to claim 2, characterized in that the rod-shaped housing ( 10 ) of the flashlight at its end opposite the lamp head ( 11 ) and/or the writing instrument ( 12 ) at its upper end can be closed by a cover cap ( 19 , 16 ).

Flashlight according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the switch ( 13 ) arranged on the outer casing of the rod-shaped housing ( 10 ) of the flashlight, which is preferably a pressure switch, is covered against unintentional actuation by a clip ( 16 ) which is attached to the housing casing ( 10 ) in a detachable, rotatable or displaceable manner to expose the pressure switch.

5. Flashlight according to claim 4, characterized in that the clip is connected to a ring or partial ring profile body ( 17 ) which at least partially surrounds the housing casing ( 10 ) and optionally rests against it under prestress, forming a one-piece body.

Flashlight according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the clip consists of a leaf-shaped flat body ( 16 ), at the free end of which a spacer element ( 18 ) is arranged, which together with the fastening point of the flat body ( 16 ) at the opposite end ensures a minimum distance of the flat body to the outer casing ( 10 ) which is greater than the highest elevation of the pressure switch ( 13 ) relative to the housing casing.

7. Flashlight according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the partial ring profile body ( 17 ) is resiliently elastic and thus expandable.

8. Flashlight according to claim 7, characterized in that the diameter of the rod-shaped housing ( 10 ) of the flashlight is the same over the entire length and the clip ( 16 to 18 ) can be optionally fastened at any point on the housing ( 10 ) in different orientations.
