1. Lid for a container, preferably a cup-like container ( 2 ), which can be detachably attached to the container ( 2 ) in order to close one side thereof, wherein means ( 3 ) are provided on the lid ( 1 ) for detachably fastening a disk-shaped data carrier ( 4 ), in particular a CD, DVD, MD or the like, to a surface ( 5 ) of the lid ( 1 ).
