Am Toilettendeckel ist an einer genau festzulegenden Stelle ein 8 cm langes, an einem Ende verschlossenes Plastikrohr von ca. 4 cm Durchmesser fest montiert. In diesem Rohrstück sitzt ein ebenfalls 8 cm langes Plastikrohr(genau hinein passend, aber beweglich) mit dem dazugehörigen Durchmesser. In diesem wiederum sitzt ein drittes 8 cm langes Plastikrohr, das wiederum gut beweglich genau in das zweite Rohr hinein paßt. Dieses dritte Rohr ist am vorderen Ende verschlossen. In der Mitte dieses verschlossenen Rohres ist mit einer Schraube eine Plastikklemme befestigt, die sich um sich selbst drehen läßt. In dieservKlammer sitzt das Pinkelrohr gut befestigt, jedoch gleitend. Sind alle drei 8 cm langen, in einander passenden Plastikrohre zusammengeschoben, so hat das Rohr, in der Klammer sitzend einen Abstand von dem Klosettdeckel von eben diesen 8 cm, so daß es niemanden, der sitzend die Toilette benutzt, behindert.An 8 cm long plastic pipe with a diameter of around 4 cm is firmly attached to the toilet lid at a precisely defined point, and is closed at one end. Zur Benutzung des Pinkelrohres, das in seiner Ruhelage sich genau so in der Klammer befindet, dass es bei geschlossenem Deckel in die Öffnung des Sitzes paßt, und man den Deckel somit gut verschließen kann, wird das Rohr in der Klammer nach oben über den Klosettdeckelrand hinaus gezogen und steht also in dieser Stellung zur Benutzung bereit. Der Klosettdeckel selbst kann noch mit Hilfe sog. Schnarren- Scharniere in eine ausgesuchte, zum Vorgang und zur Größe des Benutzers passende Winkelstellung gebracht werden, die dann bestehen bleibt, so daß für den Benutzer beide Hände fur eine gut funktionierende Durchfuniüng frei sind. Ist der Vorgang beendet, so wird zur absolut hygienischen Reinigung das Plastikrohr nach vorn gezogen, wobei sich die beiden inneren Röhrteile der Halterung jeweils um 4 cm nach .vorn bewegen( sie haben bei 4 cm eine Sperre. Das Ganze funktioniert also wie ein Teleskop). Damit bewegt sich das Pinkelrohr mit dem 8 cm Aussenrohr plus 2 &khgr; 4 pm der inneren Rohre insgesamt 16 cm nach vorn. Durch seinen dazukommenden eigenen Durchmesser von 3 cm hat das Pinkelrohr nunmehr einen Abstand vom Klosettdeckel von 19 cm. Wenn nun das Pinkelrohr um seine eigene Achse um 180 Grad gedreht wird ( es ist ja drehbar), und man in dieser Stellung den Toilettendeckel schließt, kommt die Einlauföfmung des Pinkelrohres genau vor den Spülwasserausgang zu liegen, während das gebogene Ende des Pinkelrohres genau in die Abflußöffnung der Toilette paßt. Durch Betätigung der üblichen Spülung kann nun eine gute, hygienische Reinigung des Pinkelrohres erfolgen. Ist sie beendet, wird der Klosettdeckel geöffnet und das gereinigte Pinkelrohr wird in seine Ausgangslage zurück gedrückt.
