Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungsanordnung für gerundete Warenartikel, insbesondere Weichkäse, oder Milchprodukte in Bechern.The invention relates to a packaging arrangement for rounded goods, in particular soft cheese or dairy products in cups.

Bei der Herstellung, Transport und Verkauf von gerundeten Warenartikeln, welche empfindlich gegen Druck von außen sind, wie Weichkäse (z.B. Camembert, Brie, Münsterkäse), stellt sich das Problem, daß diese gegen Druck geschützt werden müssen. Unterbleibt eine entsprechende druckabmildernde Verpackung, so führt dies neben Deformationen der Warenartikel im Extremfall zu deren Unbrauchbarkeit. Um dem vorzubeugen, werden derartige Warenartikel gewöhnlich mehrfach verpackt. Zuerst werden sie mit einer lebensmittelgeeigneten Folie oder wasserabweisendem Papier eingeschlagen. Anschließend wird jedes Stück für sich wenigstens teilweise, z.B. zur Hälfte, in eine ihrer Größe entsprechenden Schachtel verpackt. Für den Transport in die Geschäfte und eventuell zur Warenpräsentation werden diese bereits in Einzelschachteln verpackten Lebensmittel noch in größere Umverpackungen verpackt. Der Nachteil einer derartigen Verpackungsweise besteht einmal in einem hohen Bedarf an Verpackungsmaterialien, da jedes Stück mehrfach verpackt wird. Die Anzahl der FaI&zgr;linien des Abschnittes 6 ist nahezu beliebig, in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind drei Falzlinien 18, 19 und 20 dargestellt. Bereits mit einer annähernd mittigen Abknickung beispielsweise entlang der Falzlinie 19 im Abschnitt 6 wird eine gut angepaßte Abstützung 4 erzielt. Je mehr Abknickungen im Abschnitt 6 der Abstützung 4 durchgeführt sind, desto paßgenauer wird die Abstützung 4 in Art eines Polygons sein. Bei Bedarf können diese entlang der Perforation 11 abgetrennt werden, so daß dann zwei getrennte Displaymodule 14 als Präsentationseinheit verbleiben. Unabhängig davon, ob die beiden Displaymodule 14 zusammenhängend verbleiben oder getrennt werden, befinden sich die zuvor seitlich der Warenartikel 12 angeordneten Abstützungen 4 (Fig. 2) nun auf der dem Regal zugewandten Seite, sozusagen als Boden, wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist. Claims

1.
