Die Türzargen, nach diesem System bestehen aus zwei Winkelprofilen, wobei das Winkelprofil, das die Scharniere der Tür trägt (auch Falzbekleidung genannt), mit seinem zum Futterbrett gerichteten, winkeligen Schenkel in die Falzausnehmung der Stahlzarge eingreift und dort endet. Dieser Schenkel erstreckt sich in Richtung der Türöffnung bis in die Ebene des Futterbrettes und bietet dort dem dünnen Futterbrett, dass an dem zweiten Winkelprofil (auch Zierbekleidung genannt) starr befestigt ist, eine formschlüssige Fixierung.
Die Ausnehmung für die Aufnahme des Falzes (gewöhnlich Zargenfalz genannt) der neuen Tür wird durch das erste Winkelprofil gebildet. Sie muß, damit eine ausreichend feste Verbindung zwischen dem Rahmen in der Türebene und dem in Richtung des Futters gerichteten Schenkel gewährleitst werden kann, im größeren Abstand von der Außenfläche der Stahlzarge angeordnet werden.
Daraus resultiert der wesentlichste Nachteil dieser Variante.
Der Rahmen mit dem Scharnier muß deutlich dicker sein, als die Tiefe des Zargenfalzes der neuen Tür. Das zweite Winkelprofil 2 (auch Zierbekleidung genannt), dass dem ersten Winkelprofil .1 diametral gegenüber angeordnet ist, besteht aus dem Rahmen 21 und dem Schenkel 22. dass der Schenkel (12) des ersten Winkelprofiles (1) sich in der Ebene des Futterbrettes (15) bis über die Tiefe des Falzausnehmung (321) der Stahlzarge (32) hinaus erstreckt,
dass an diesem Schenkel (12) das Futterbrett (15) mittels Klebeverbindung unmittelbar angefügt ist und
