When the tensioning strap 1 is tightened, the loop ring 4a and the tensioning strap running ring 6 function like a loose and fixed roller, i.e. similar to a simple pulley, and halve the tightening force or double the holding force of the tightened door locking device. After tightening, the tensioning strap is fixed in the desired position in the belt fastener 7 or the strap buckle 14 in the usual way.

In Fig. 4 und 5 ist eine modifizierte Ausführung der Türsperrvorrichtung skizzenartig dargestellt, wobei hier die Handhabe der Tür als Drehknauf 15 ausgebildet ist. Es ist zu erkennen, daß die Riemenschlinge 3 hier um den Drehknauf 15 gelegt und das türinnenseitige freie Ende des Spannbandes 1 nach dem Anziehen durch den Spannband-Laufring 6 und den Schlaufenring 4a in der Nähe des Laufringes 6 durch eine geeignete Seilverbindung, nämlich einen sogenannten Ruckstich 16, fixiert wird. Im übrigen ist die Handhabung ähnlich wie bei der oben beschriebenen ersten Ausführungsform. Claims

1. Door locking device for securing a door from one side against opening from the other side, which comprises:

1. a gripping element ( 3 ) designed to grip under or around a handle ( 2 ; 15 ) of the door,

2. a tension-resistant tensioning band ( 1 ) attached to the gripping element ( 5 ) and

3. an anchor element ( 8 ; 13 ) attached to a free end of the tensioning strap ( 1 ) which is designed to anchor the end of the tensioning strap ( 1 ) to the upper edge of the door between the door leaf and the door frame of the closed door,

wherein the tensioning band ( 1 ) is designed and attached to the gripping element ( 3 ) in such a way that at least a portion thereof extends between the gripping element and the anchor element ( 8 ) and that it allows the gripping element to be pulled in the direction of the anchor element and thus to fix the handle ( 2 ; 15 ).

2. Door locking device according to claim 1, characterized in that the gripping element ( 3 ) is designed as a loop of a band ( 5 ) made of flexible flat material, wherein the surface facing the handle ( 2 ; 15 ) in use has in particular a high coefficient of friction with respect to the material of the handle.

3. Door locking device according to claim 2, characterized in that the surface of the gripping element ( 3 ) facing the handle ( 2 ; 15 ) has a friction-increasing coating, in particular based on silicone.

Door locking device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the loop is designed as a belt loop ( 3 ), to the first and second ends of which a first and a second loop ring ( 4 a, 4 b) are firmly attached, the tensioning band ( 1 ) running through the first loop ring ( 4 a) and the loop band ( 5 ) itself running through the second loop ring ( 4 b).

5. Door locking device according to claim 4, characterized in that one end of a second part ( 1 a) of a two-part tensioning band ( 1 , 1 a) is attached to the second loop ring ( 4 b).

Door locking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a strap buckle ( 14 ) or a belt fastener ( 7 ) is firmly attached to the gripping element ( 3 ) at least indirectly, into which a second free end of the tensioning strap ( 1 ) is inserted in a longitudinally displaceable manner and with which the tensioning strap is fixed in the tensioned state.

7. Door locking device according to claim 5 and 6, characterized in that the strap buckle ( 14 ) or the belt fastener ( 7 ) is attached to the first and the second loop ring ( 4b ) to the second free end of the second part of the tensioning strap ( 1 ).

Door locking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a tensioning band race ( 6 ) is fastened at a predetermined distance, in particular in the range between 30 and 80 cm, from the anchor element ( 8 ; 13 ) in the longitudinal course of the tensioning band ( 1 ), which is penetrated by the tensioning band in its course between the gripping element ( 3 ) and its free end facing away from the anchor element and is passed through during tensioning and acts as a force direction deflection element in the manner of a fixed roller.

Door locking device according to claim 8 and claim 4, 5 or 7, characterized in that the second loop ring ( 4b ) through which the tensioning band ( 1 ) passes acts in cooperation with the tensioning band race ( 6 ) in the manner of a loose roller to increase the holding force or to reduce the tightening force when tensioning the tensioning band ( 1 ).

Door locking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the anchor element ( 8 ; 13 ) is designed as a soft-elastic element or has soft-elastic surfaces facing the door leaf and door frame and its dimensions in all spatial directions are larger than the usual width of a door gap between the door leaf and door frame when the door is closed.

Door locking device according to claim 10, characterized by the design as a rubber sleeve ( 8 ) or rubber collar ( 13 ) with an opening ( 9 ; 13a ) through which the adjacent end of the tensioning band ( 1 ) passes, wherein the tensioning band ( 1 ) is fastened in the rubber sleeve or the rubber collar by means of a cut-resistant insert element ( 10 ; 12 ) which has dimensions exceeding the width of the door gap.

12. Door locking device according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the anchor element ( 8 ; 13 ) or the insert element ( 10 ; 12 ) has a strap buckle ( 12 ) or a belt fastener firmly attached to the free end of the tensioning strap ( 1 ).
