Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ganz allgemein ein Werkzeug für den Garten, und betrifft insbesondere eine Baumschere.The present invention relates generally to a garden tool, and more particularly to a pruning shear.

a first blade ( 40 ) having a cutting portion ( 41 ) at a first end thereof and having a first handle ( 42 ) at the other end thereof;
a second cutting edge ( 50 ) pivotably connected to the first cutting edge ( 40 ) and having at one end thereof a second cutting portion ( 51 ) and at the other end thereof an arm ( 52 ) having a through hole ( 521 ) in which a fastening element ( 80 ) is received; and
a pivot arm ( 70 ) pivotably connected at one end to the first cutting edge ( 40 ) and having a sliding slot ( 73 ) in which the fastening element ( 80 ) is displaceably received, the pivot arm ( 70 ) further being pivotally connected at the other end thereof to a second handle ( 71 );
wherein the fastening element ( 80 ) is provided with a sliding element ( 81 ) which is rotatable and is fitted over it, so that the sliding element ( 81 ) is displaceable in the sliding slot ( 73 ) of the pivot arm ( 73 ) when the first cutting section ( 41 ) and the second cutting section ( 51 ) engage for cutting a branch.

2. Tree shears according to claim 1, wherein the sliding element ( 81 ) is a ball bearing.

3. Tree shears according to claim 1, wherein the sliding element ( 81 ) is a sliding sleeve.
