Description
Bei Inbetriebnahme des Elektrolysegerätes 1 wird zur Erst befüllung des Salzlösebehälters 2 das Zulaufventil 9 geöffnet und enthärtetes Betriebswasser in den Salzlösebehälter 2 eingeführt. Nach erfolgter Erstbefüllung wird das Erst befüllungsventil 9 geschlossen. Siedesalz oder Kochsalz vorzugsweise in Tablettenform wird in der erforderlichen Menge in dem Salzlösebehälter 2 auf den Siebboden 6 gegeben. Ferner werden die Kathodenkammer 15b und der Wasserstoffabscheider 20 über die Betriebswasser-Zufuhrleitung 14 bis zu einem festgelegten Niveau gefüllt, um zu verhindern, dass sich beim Anschalten der Anlage bildendes Chlorgas freigesetzt wird. Dies wird über einen Niveauschalter überprüft. Nun kann die Anlage eingeschaltet und der Elektrolytstrom freigegeben werden.
