Description
- 1. Ein Übertragungsband zur Verwendung in einer
elektrofotografischen Vorrichtung zum Transport eines
Bildträgers, auf den ein Tonerbild übertragen wird, das auf
einer Oberfläche eines Fotoleiters gebildet ist, der eine
fotoleitfähige Schicht umfasst, wobei das Übertragungsband
eine Basisschicht mit einer Oberflächenschicht darauf
umfasst, die aus einer Beschichtungsflüssigkeit gebildet
ist, die umfasst:
ein Lösungsmittel;
wenigstens eine Art von anorganischen feinen Silicateilchen oder organischen feinen Teilchen aus einem Silikonmaterial, die im Lösungsmittel dispersibel sind; und
wenigstens eine Art von im Lösungsmittel löslicher organischer Verbindung, die eine Öl- oder Harzverbindung ist. - 2. Das Übertragungsband gemäß (1), worin die feinen Teilchen ein elektrisch isolierendes Material sind.
- 3. Das Übertragungsband gemäß (1) oder (2), worin das Lösungsmittel ein organisches Lösungsmittel ist.
- 4. Das Übertragungsband gemäß einem aus (1) bis (3), worin die Basisschicht eine elastische Schicht ist und die elastische Schicht eine Mehrzahl von Schichten umfasst.
- 5. Das Übertragungsband gemäß einem aus (1) bis (4), worin die Basisschicht eine fluorhaltige elastische Schicht ist.
- 6. Das Übertragungsband gemäß einem aus (1) bis (5), worin die feinen Silicateilchen die gleiche Elektrisierungspolarität wie die an das Übertragungsband angelegte Spannung haben.
- 7. Das Übertragungsband einer elektrofotografischen Vorrichtung gemäß einem aus (1) bis (6), worin die im Lösungsmittel lösliche organische Verbindung ein Siliconmaterial ist.
einen Fotoleiter, umfassend eine fotoleitfähige Schicht, auf der ein Tonerbild gebildet ist; und
ein erfindungsgemäßes Übertragungsband zum Transport eines Bildträgers, auf den das auf dem Fotoleiter gebildete Tonerbild übertragen wird.
Claims (8)
ein Lösungsmittel;
wenigstens eine Art von anorganischen feinen Silicateilchen oder organischen feinen Teilchen aus einem Silikonmaterial, die im Lösungsmittel dispersibel sind; und
wenigstens eine Art von im Lösungsmittel löslicher organischer Verbindung, die eine Öl- oder Harzverbindung ist.
einen Fotoleiter (1) umfassend eine fotoleitfähige Schicht, auf der ein Tonerbild gebildet wird; und
ein Übertragungsband (7) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 zum Transport eines Bildträgers (5), auf dem das auf dem Fotoleiter (1) gebildete Tonerbild übertragen wird.
