Fig. 3 shows the security cover sticker 1 in a second cross section, now along the line III-III in Fig. 1, which runs through the field 2 '' of the film layer 2 ver. As illustrated in FIG. 3, no void particles 21 are provided in the area of the field 2 ″; here too the color layer 22 is left out. In the area of the field of 2 ″, the security cover sticker 1 is therefore transparent after removal of the scratch-off lacquer layer 20 and with it the printed image 24 , 25 , as is necessary for the purpose described above. The area not occupied by the void particles 21 and the color layer 22 in FIG. 3 is filled by the adhesive layer 23 . At the very bottom of Fig. 3, the release paper 4 is visible again.
Fig. 4 der Zeichnung zeigt schließlich den Sicherheits- Abdeckaufkleber 1 nach seiner Anbringung auf einer Gut habenkarte 5 oder dergleichen Dokument und nachdem die Rubbellackschicht 20 zusammen mit dem darauf befindli chen Druckbild 24, 25 zum größten Teil manuell entfernt ist. Dieses manuelle Entfernen der Rubbellackschicht 20 wird vom Benutzer der Guthabenkarte 5 dann vorgenommen, wenn er die Karte erworben hat, um eine auf der Ober fläche der Karte 5 angebrachte Zeichenfolge 50 ablesen zu können. In dem in Fig. 4 gezeigten Zustand des Ab deckaufklebers 1 ist das Ablesen der Zeichenfolge 50 ohne weiteres möglich, weil die nun freigelegte Folien schicht 2 durchsichtig ist und weil auch die Klebstoff schicht 23 ebenso durchsichtig ist. Ein unbefugtes Ablesen der Zeichenfolge 50 könnte entwe der durch Entfernen der Rubbellackschicht 20 und erneu tes Auftragen einer Rubbellackschicht oder durch komplet tes Abheben des Sicherheits-Abdeckaufklebers 1 und erneu tes Anbringen erfolgen. Wenn auf die erstgenannte Art und Weise eine Manipulation vorgenommen würde, müßte nicht nur die Rubbellackschicht 20 wiederhergestellt werden, sondern auch das darauf aufgebrachte Druckbild 24, 25 aus einer nicht unmittelbar sichtbaren UV-Farbe und/oder einer kontrastierenden, unmittelbar sichtbaren Farbe, was nur mit einem sehr hohen technischen Aufwand machbar wäre und damit in der Praxis weitgehend ausge schlossen ist. Wenn auf die zweitgenannte Art und Weise eine unbefugte Person Kenntnis von der Zeichenfolge 50 erlangt haben sollte, wird dies durch die infolge des Abhebens des Abdeckaufklebers 1 eingetretene, dauerhaft erkennbare, irreversible optische Veränderung seines rahmenförmigen Bereiches 2' erkennbar. Wenn nämlich der Abdeckaufkleber 1 angehoben wird, erfolgt in dessen Inne rein eine Trennung, wobei in den Bereichen, in denen die Voidpartikel 21 vorgesehen sind, sich die Folienschicht 2 von diesen löst, während sie in den Bereichen, in de nen keine Voidpartikel 21 vorgesehen sind, mit der Farb schicht 22 und der darunter liegenden Klebstoffschicht 23 verbunden bleibt. Hierdurch wird die Farbschicht 22 in sich zerstört, wobei diese Zerstörung durch ein erneu tes Andrücken des Abdeckaufklebers 1 nicht wieder rück gängig gemacht werden kann, sondern vielmehr nach außen hin durch die Folienschicht 2 hindurch erkennbar bleibt. Wenn die Oberseite der Folienschicht 2 vollflächig mit der Rubbellackschicht 20 bedeckt ist, wird die Verände rung in der Farbschicht 22 spätestens nach Entfernen der Rubbellackschicht 20 sichtbar; wenn die Rubbellack schicht 20 nur im Bereich des Feldes 2'' auf die Ober seite der Folienschicht 2 aufgebracht ist, was für die Funktion des Abdeckaufklebers 1 ausreicht, dann wird die Veränderung innerhalb der Farbschicht 22 schon sofort sichtbar, ohne daß die Rubbellackschicht 20 erst ent fernt werden muß.An unauthorized reading of the character string 50 could either be done by removing the scratch-off lacquer layer 20 and reapplying a scratch-off lacquer layer or by completely lifting off the security cover sticker 1 and reapplying. Claims (8)
- - daß die Folienschicht (2) in einem ein Feld (2'') von mindestens der Größe der Zeichenfolge (50) rah menförmig umgebenden Bereich (2') als sogenannte Voidfolie, die nach einem einmaligen Abheben eine dauerhaft erkennbare, irreversible optische Verän derung aufweist, ausgeführt ist,
- - daß die Rubbellackschicht (20) zumindest das von dem Bereich (2') umgrenzte fensterförmige Feld (2'') der Folienschichtoberseite bedeckt und
- - daß auf die Rubbellackschicht (20) und ggf. auf ei nen diese umgebenden Bereich der Folienschichtober seite mit einer nur unter UV-Licht sichtbaren Far be und/oder mit einer zum Farbton der Rubbellack schicht (20) kontrastierenden unmittelbar sichtba ren Farbe (je) ein Druckbild (24, 25) in Form von grafischen Mustern und/oder Zeichen aufgebracht ist.
