Bei Fig. 2 bleiben nur die beiden äufseren Nasen stehen, dagegen wird der ganze mittlere Theil a' bis in die Horizontale gebogen und dient mit als Auflager für die Schienen. The connection of the double rails can take place according to one of the three methods shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, depending on the operating conditions. Each of these three constructions essentially consists of an edged flat iron which is punched with perforations in such a way that individual parts remain, which clasp the feet of the rails like hooks and, in that their lower surfaces exactly match the inclinations of the rails respectively The rail feet match, lie fully against them, but at the same time act like a wedge and thus allow the rails to be securely fastened.
