Description

Bei der Herstellung von derartigen Teppichprodukten entstehen verfahrensbedingte Abfälle in Form von Randstreifen und Fehlchargen. Zu 1.:
Das Zerkleinerungswerkzeug bei der Hochdruckflüssigkeitsstrahlzerkleinerung ist

andere Flüssigkeit bzw. ein Gemisch daraus sein. Der Flüssigkeitsstrahl, der mit hohem
Druck (10 bis 100 MPa) auf das Material trifft, bewirkt, daß das Material zerkleinert wird.
Durch die Wirkungsweise eines Hochdruckflüssigkeitsstrahles können einzelne
Bestandteile des Teppichs selektiv zerkleinert werden, wohingegen die anderen
Bestandteile unbeschädigt bleiben. Im Falle eines Teppichs mit Schaumrücken aus Latex
kann z. B. der Schaumrücken vom Trägervlies abgetrennt werden, ohne daß die Fasern
oder das Trägervlies dabei zerstört werden. In der als ruhende Masse dienenden
Schwerschicht von Teppichen sind hohe Anteile an Schwerspat, Kreide und ähnlichem
eingelagert. Diese Stoffe sind abrasiv und führen bei konventionellen, rein mechanischen
Zerkleinerungsverfahren zu starkem Verschleiß an den Zerkleinerungsanlagen. Im Falle
der Flüssigkeitsstrahlzerkleinerung sind die abrasiven Eigenschaften des Teppichs bei der
Zerkleinerung ohne Bedeutung.To 1.:

Kunststoff wird ausgefällt, kann dadurch sehr rein gewonnen werden und hat
Eigenschaften, die denen von Neuware ähnlich sind.
