Flurförderzeug mit einem Batteriefach (6) und einem in horizontaler Richtung in das Batteriefach (6) hinein und aus dem Batteriefach (6) heraus bewegbaren Batterieblock (7), wobei das Batteriefach (6) eine oberhalb des Batterieblocks (7) angeordnete bewegbare Abdeckhaube (9) aufweist und für die Abdeckhaube (9) eine geöffnete Stellung und eine geschlossene Stellung vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Abdeckhaube (9) mindestens ein Mittel zum Fixieren des Batterieblocks (7) in horizontaler Richtung in Wirkverbindung steht, welches bei geschlossener Abdeckhaube (9) wirksam und bei geöffneter Abdeckhaube (9) unwirksam ist.1.
