Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a universal cleaner based on natural, renewable and biodegradable raw materials for residue-free and corrosion-free cleaning of special stains from the group of resins, tars, oils, colors, chewing gum on smooth and / or absorbent surfaces, as well as fibers and textile materials. The Cleaning can be used as an emulsion and / or water solution. The stake of the universal cleaner is in the household, industrial, sanitary, clinic and automotive sector as well as for special applications. For all mechanical applications the areas of spray technology, high pressure spray technology or by applying rollers, The universal cleaner is suitable for brushing, brushing, rolling, foaming and wiping.
Numerous soaps and cleaners are known from the literature. This is how the DE describes it 33 116 986 A1 liquid soaps for use in paper recycling and others industrial degreasing and cleaning processes. The composition of this liquid soaps consisting of terpene alcohol / terpene hydrocarbons, soap-forming fatty acids and aqueous metal hydroxides forms foams during handling, which when cleaned in Paper recycling causes fiber shrinkage.
These halogenated hydrocarbons are very difficult to degrade and pollute the ozone and groundwater layers.
Somit ist auch dieser Einsatz von Fleckenentfernungsmitteln umweltgefährdend.DE 20 21 677 describes the use of detergent substances with vinyl polymer mixed chlorine-substituted polymers and chlorinated hydrocarbons will. This means that the use of stain removers is also environmentally hazardous.
Nachteil dieser Zusammensetzung ist, daß der Einsatz von Polyethylenglykolen in Kombi nation mit Sulfat- und Sulfonat-Tensiden große Abwasserprobleme mit sich bringen.DE 35 12 535 A1 describes a method for the manual cleaning of objects with hard surfaces based on synthetic anionic surfactants from sulfate and sulfonate type, optionally nonionic surfactants or amphoteric surfactants in combination nation of high-polymer, water-soluble polyethylene glycols and fat-dissolving solvents. The disadvantage of this composition is that the use of polyethylene glycols in combination nation with sulfate and sulfonate surfactants cause major wastewater problems.
Likewise, DE 27 09 690 describes sulfonates, phosphates and antimicrobial agents used, which are classified as wastewater-polluting.
The mixture also contains dichloroacetamide. That combination is very harmful to health, since dichloroacetamide when used as described is released into the atmosphere.
DE 44 06 753 A1 also describes the use of low-aromatic hydrocarbons substances that are generally considered to be non-biodegradable.
Disadvantage of what is described here The method is that the mixture used here is based exclusively on this method is limited.
The technical problem of the invention was therefore to make a universal cleaner inexpensive based on natural, renewable and biodegradable raw materials phosphate and halogen-free of hydrocarbons for residue-free and corrosion-free cleaning of special stains from the group of resins, tars, oils, colors, chewing gum on smooth and / or absorbent surfaces, as well as fibers and textile materials To make available.
