Description
Gegenstand vorliegender Anmeldung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wetterbeständigen Flammschutzbelages - vorzugsweise zur Anwendung im Bausektor.The subject of the present application is a process for Manufacture of a weatherproof flame retardant covering - preferably for use in the construction sector.

- 1. gemäß diesem Verfahren zwecks Erlangung dieses Belages zunächst auf die zu schützende Fläche von Textil, Holz, Stroh u. ä. ein wasserlösliches Flammschutzmittel - vorzugsweise mit einem pH-Wert von 6 (±1) aufgetragen wird, das nach ca. 24stündiger Trocknungszeit einen farblosen Schutzfilm bildet, der chemisch weitgehend neutral ist.
- 2. nach erfolgtem Trocknungsprozeß des in Pkt. 1 beschriebenen Schutzfilms auf diesen ein wasserabstoßendes Mittel wie z. B. bestehend aus Aluminium-Azetat, Fluorverbindungen, Feinparaffinlösungen o. ä. - jedenfalls in flüssiger Form aufgetragen wird, der ebenfalls einem Trocknungsprozeß von ca. 24 Stunden unterzogen wird.
- 3. der so entstandene Flammschutzbelag voll belastbar ist, indem seine wetterbeständigen Eigenschaften ein Wegspülen des Flammschutzfilms verhindert, während im Brandfall die Wetterschutzschicht zerstört werden kann, aber die darunter befindliche Flammschutzschicht mit ihren flammhemmenden Eigenschaften voll zur Anwendung gelangt.
- 4. bei besonderen Anforderungen die Möglichkeit besteht - jeweils einen 2fachen Auftrag des Flammschutzfilms als auch der wasserabstoßenden Schicht durchzuführen.
