Abstract

The optical systems, e.g. a mirror, magnifying glass, lens systems etc., are secured to the car, enabling the driver to see, through the windscreen or rear window, objects and scenery normally out of the driver's line of vision. Pref. a wide angle mirror is secured to the dashboard, or any other suitable spot inside the driver's compartment, as required. The same may apply to a suitable magnifying glass. The device is of such configuration, as to enable its securing at a suitable position, e.g. by screws, adhesive, suction cups, or clipping over the rear view mirror etc.. The device may be fixed or swivelable into position, as required.

Description

If you stand in front of a traffic light by car, you have in particular Larger people often face the problem that the traffic lights are bad can be viewed (only by turning your head, etc.), since it is either high up, or z. B. by the The rear-view mirror is covered or lies too far to the side.

The present invention is intended to enable z. B. the Traffic light easily observed without adopting a different sitting position can be. This does not release you from the final one Start driving, look at the traffic lights again.

Furthermore, the observation device can also serve to the "dead spot" by looking through the rearview mirror front half right arises to wipe out and so dangers which are half right of the driver, easier to see.

(Abb. 1).The observation device can consist of a mirror (e.g. wide-angle mirror) which, for. B. is attached to the dashboard ( 1 ), or it is attached to the side console ( 2 ), or directly on the windshield. ( Fig. 1).

Or it will be a magnifying glass or an even more complex optical one System taken and attached near the rearview mirror.

(Abb. 1).On himself, on the upper console ( 3 ), or on the windscreen directly. ( Fig. 1).

The observation device can be fixed rigidly, or they can also be designed to be movable (possibly lockable), so that it can also be turned away when z. B. through them Impairment arises e.g. B. by sun rays.
