Es ist bekannt, bei elektrischen Maschinen und'auch anderen elektrischen Geräten die Temperatur der Wicklungen durch Einbettung eines Temperaturfühlers, insbesondere eines Heissleiters in die Wicklung zu überwachen. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass die Uberwachungseinrichtung bei einer bestimmten Temperatur auch tatschlich sofort anspricht. Die Isolation bedingt jedoch bei raschem Aufheizen ein Nacheilen der Heissleitertemperatur, was durch Lufteinschlüsse zwischen den Drähten noch vergrössert wird. Die vorliegende Neuerung stellt sich die Aufgabe, diese Nach- y zwischen teile zu beseitigen und die thermische Kopplung/der Wärmequelle und dem Temperaturfühler zu verbessern. Sie erreicht dies dadurch, dass neuerungsgemäss der Temperaturfühler in eine gut wärme- leitende, eventuelle Hohlräume zwischen ihm und der Wärmequelle ausfüllende Masse eingebettet ist. Diese Masse besteht zweckmässig aus Giessharz, Silikonkautschuk od. ähnl.. Damit die Zwischenräume zwischen den Wicklungsdrähten und dem Heissleiter gut ausgefüllt sind, wird das Einbetten des Heissleiters in die genannte Masse im nicht gehärteten oder nur vorgehärteten Zustand derselben vorgenommen. Auf diese Weise erzielt man eine bessere thermische Kopplung zwischen Heissleiter und Wicklung, so dass die Schaltung rechtzeitig anspricht, wenn die für die Maschine bzw. die Wicklung zulässige Temperatur überschritten wird.It is known in electrical machines and other electrical devices to monitor the temperature of the windings by embedding a temperature sensor, in particular a heat conductor, in the winding. Dies geschieht am zweckmässigsten derart, dass der Heissleiter 2 in die genannte Masse, welche zur Vermeidung von Lufteinschlüssen gut umgerührt und nur vorgehärtet ist, eingetaucht und dann in die an der Einbringstelle etwas auseinandergezogene Wicklung eingebracht wird. Man kann selbstverständlich ausserdem auch innerhalb der Wicklung an der Einbringstelle etwas Silikonkautschuk hineinbringen, so dass dann nach dem Einbringen des mit der Masse überzogenen Heissleiters und dem Zusammendrücken der Wicklung unter Vermeidung jeglicher Zwischenräume eine gute wärmeleitende Verbindung zwischen den Wicklungsdrähten und dem Heissleiter besteht.In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the innovation is shown in longitudinal section (Fig. 1) and in cross section (Fig. 2). 1 denotes the winding of the stator of an electrical machine, for example.
