Die Neuerung besteht aus einer auskoch-und sterilisierbaren
Plastikflasche in Ziehharmonikaform nebst Schraubgewinde.
Auf letztere werden konische bzw. mit Olive versehene Ansätze
geschraubt, die sich dazu eignen, durch schlauchförmige Ver-
bindungen aus Gummi bzw. Plastik verschiedener Dimensionen
Körperhöhlen zu spülen.
Während die bisher verwendeten Glasspritzen der Bruchgefahr
ausgesetzt und durch den erforderlichen Kolben mit Griff
unhandlicher sind, wird der Spritzeninhalt durch die Harmonika-
form leicht ausgestoßen. Die Füllung des Flaschenkörpers erfolgt
durch den konischen Metallansatz nach vorherigem Zusammendrücken
der Harmonika-Flasche aus einem Gefäß mit vorbereiteter Spül-
flüssigkeit mittels eines der Öffnung des Ansatzes angepaßten
Zuflußhahnes oder durch direktes Aufsaugen der Spülflüssigkeit
oder Eingießen der Spülflüssigkeit in die Harmonika-Flasche
nach
Abschrauben des Spülansatzes.
Der konische Ansatz selbst ist durch eine Sterilhaltekappe
vor
Verschmutzung bzw. dem Eindringen von Bakterien geschützt.
Die Kappe selbst kann vorzugsweise mit einer kleinen Kammer
ausgestattet werden zur Aufnahme einer desinfizierenden
gasentwickelnden Tablette. Dies ist dann angebracht, wenn ein
Patient die Flasche unterwegs bei sich trägt,
Die Neuerung soll ermöglichen, jedem Kranken seine eigene
Spritze, auch im klinischen Bereich, zur Verfügung zu stellen,
die zeitraubende und umständliche Reinigung und Sterilisation
von Glasspülspritzen zu umgehen und darüber hinaus die Asepsis
zuerhöhen.
