Der aus gut zu reinigendem Material z.B.Metall,Kunststoff, lakiertem Holz hergestellte Gewiirzkasten a hat eine Höhe und Breite von jeweils ca 15 cm .und eine beliebige Länge,je nach der Anzahl der darin enthaltenen Gewürzdosen b. Letztere sind zylinderisch,oben offen und aus Metall oder Kunststoff hergestellt. Höhe und Durchmesser der Dosen ist ca Hfcn^damit die Gewürze bequem aus jeder Dose entnommen werden können; sie stecken in einem mit passenden runden Öffnungen versehenen Dekkel c .Der Kastendeckel d ist mittels Scharnier e mit dem Kasten a verbunden und innen mit einem Gummibelag f versehen,der bei geschlossenem Deckel auf den Dosen aufliegt und ein Entweichen der Aromastoffe verhindert.Der Gewürzkasten a ist auf in der Wand befestigten Trägern g fest montiert (siehe Zeichnung) oder mittels Gummisauger an einer glatten Fläche angedrückt unter Wahrung einiger Centimeter Abstand als Spielraum für den Mechanismus zum Öffnen und Schliessen mit Fussbedienung.Zu diesem Zweck ist auf dem Kastendeckel d in der Mitte ein Hebelarm h montiert, welcher in einem Scharnier endigt.
