durch erreicht, dass man die Schußzahl in der Längenein-
heit des Bandgeebes (SehuSdiehte) v0rgrössert oder einen
stärkeren bzw. Schußfaden einschlägt » um
dadurch die Aufnahmefähigkeit für ein vorsteifend wirken-
desApprtrmittel s steigern. Diese Maßnahme hat aber
keinedauerhafte Wirktm, weil das Appreturmittel beim
Waschen oder Reinigen des Gürtels wieder entfernt wird,
so daas das Einlagoband seine Queesteitigkeit einbüaztd
DiesemMangel kann man abhelfen weenn man als SchuBfaden
für das Einlageband einen auf der Basis von Viskose
halbsynthetischhergestellten HHnststofffaen whlt. Ein
aoches Band besitzt zwar eine erhöhte Qucrsteifigkeit,
die beim waschen und : lwini. gen des Sürtels erhalten bleibte
jedoch ist de Band nicht kniekfest und hat keine Sprung-
elastizität, die eine Xnickverformang ettsacht.

sind, als sie beim laschen und Kochen des Bandes nicht einlaufen. Das neuartige
Band erfüllt alle an ein Einlageband zu. stellenden Forderungen, indem es jeder
Verformung in der Querrichtung entgegenwirkt und den ihn umgebenden Gürtel flächig
hält. Es ist aber
nichtauf diesen Verwendungszweck allein beschränkt, sondern
kannaoh ala Rock-oder HQsen-Bundband dienen. Ferner
kann es in Langsricht ! mg elastisch oder unelastisch sein,
wobei allerdings die letztere Ausbildungsform bei einer
Verwendung als Einlageband bevorzugt ist.
Das neaersBgsgemasse Band wird durch das anliegen-
de Muster veranschaulicht. Der Schußfaden des in an sich
bekannter Weise anf einen Bandwebstuhl gevJebten Bandes
ist ein monofiler Baden, der aH. s inem auf der Basis von
Polyamid hergestellten Kunststoffes besteht. Am unteres
Ende des beigefügten Bandansters ist der monofile Schuß-
faden aus vollsynthetischem hmststoff frei sichtbar. Im
