Eshandele sich um ein Arbeitsgerät für Tapezierer. Durch
die TapetenabreiBschiene soll der bisher üblicherweise mit
einer schere ausgeführte Arbeitstage,-Abschneiden der Tapete
oberhalb der Fußleiste-in neuartiger ueise ersetzt werden.
Während nämlich bisher die schere zwangsläufig aehraals aagc-
setzt werden mußte ;, wodurch die Schnittkanten meist nicht
imser gerade verliefen :, das inreissen der Tapete häufig ver-
ursacht rmrde und unschöne chnittansätse der Wehere entstanden,
ermöglicht jetzt die Tapetonabreißschiene in einen. Zu. e die
Tapete in esaater Breite genau in der-vorgeschriebenen LänGe
oberhalb der Fußbodenleiste abzutrennen.
Hierzu wird das Gerät mit der bchneide senkrecht auf die Tapete
inHohe der Fußbodenleisten aufgesetzt und dann : jit der Hand
die Tapete in einem Zuge längs der Schnittkante abgerissen.
Der etwas abgewinkelte Führunssstäb der Schiene it Holzgriff
ermöglicht hierbei ein festes senkrechtes Lnfsetsen der eigent-
lichen Abreißsoiene auf die FuSbodeDiciste und die sichere
Handhabung des Gerätes.
