Das. Neue an meinen Einwaohmnpparat * Waehsfin besteht
darin, daß das Bohnerwachs in fester Farm gegenüber
bisher gebräuchlichen flüssigem Wache, in eine Sohraub-
bUche. gefüllt, durch ein Sahrehen unmittelbar auf den
Boden aufgetragen und durch eine neuartig konstruierte
Holzplatte, befestigt an einem Stiel, mit auswechsel-
barem Tuoh auf dem Beden verrieben wird.
Bestandteile :
Der Einwaohsapparat"Waeasfiat''besteht aus einem
starken Bohnerstiel, durch den der verlängerte Nippel
(A) einer mit Ltftungssohraube versehene Sohraubbüchse
(Jß) waagereoht durchführt, einem am Stiel befestigen
Rohrohen ( () mit Muffe, aufgesohraubt auf das untere
Ende des Nippels. Außerdem aus einer am unteren Bohner-
stiel befestigten zweiteiligen Bolzplatte (P<F), die
durch zwei durchgeführte Flügelmutteraohrauben das
Behnertuoh einklemmt.
Arbeitsweise :
Das Bohnerwachs wird mittels einer Spachtel in die
Schraubbüohae (J)) gefüllt, ein Bohnertuoh zwischen
die beiden Holzplatten (ove) mittels der beiden
Flügelachrauben fest eingeklemmt. Darauf wird der Deckel
der Sohraubbüohse leicht von links nach rechts gedreht
bis die gewünschte Menge Wachs durch das Röhrchen auf
den Boden gebracht ist, dann wird das Wachs mit der am
Stiel befestigten Holzplatte und dem dazwischen einge-
klemmten Bohnertuoh fest verrieben. Der Vorgang wieder-
holt sich, bis der ganze Boden eingewachst ist. Der
Rüokeog des im Röhrohen verbliebenen Wachses wird beim
neuerlichen Füllen durch die Lüftungesohraube (F)
im Deckel der Sohraubbüohse verhindert.
