Doroh diese Erfindung sollen die Btiokatönde der
Flaohenveraohiasse am Flaaohenhala entfernt werden.
Bei den bisher üblichen Beinigungumaohinen worden
die Boatanaätze der Verschlüsse und Proaakappen,

und müssen vor der üblichen Flaaohenwäsohe von Hand
entfernt werden. Die Ertindung des oben genannten
Bürstenkopfes entfernt diese Rückstände in oroa 1/10
der bisher aufgewendeten Zeit und bedeutend adiheloser
und aanberer.
Die Mrfindnne. uer Büxatonkopf besteht aus'dem Hohloyliri-
der (o)'"dessen eine Seite geschlossen ist und in die

Nabe (k) auzlwtg so daso ein topfartiger Körper ent-
steht, an dessen §unserer Seite die Nabe (k) sitzt..
Dieae Nabe (k) hat eine Bohrung (g), mit welcher der
ganse Körper auf eine rotierende Welle aufgesetzt und
durch die Schraube (n) gehalten wird. Am anaaeren Rand
des Bodens befinden sich die Löcher (fil) für die Auf-
nahe der Bürstenzapfen, die je nach der Breite der
Bürsten in gröoeerer Zahl agebrcht werden können.
In unserer Zeichnung haben wir diese 4 Löcher mit (fil)
bezeichnet. Das-Gegenatück zu diesem Boden bildet die
Loohsoheibe (d), die ebenfalls auf der Zeichnung mit
4 Aussparungen (f) dargestellt ist. Beim Zusammenbau das Kopfes
werden die Bürsten (h) mit den Zapfen (i) in die Löcher des Bodens (fil) gesteckt.
Alsdann wird die Lochplatte (d) so auf die noch freien Zapfen (i) der Bürsten (h)
gesetzt, dass die Aussparungen (f) der Lochscheibe über die Bürstenzapfen (i) fassen
und mittels der beiden Schrauben (e), die durch die Löcher (1) der Lochscheibe und
durch die hierfür im Boden angebrachten Löcher (11) geführt werden, fest zusammengeschraubt.
Wie in dem Schnitt A-B auf der Zeichnung ersichtlich, sind die Bürstenhölzer und
die Zapfen, der Innenwand des Hohlkörpers angepasst und die Ansätze (r) des Bürstenholzes
geben der Lochscheibe (d aen gewünschten Abstand vom Boden und den Bürsten (h) einen
unbedingt festen Sitz. Ist der Bürstenkopf mit der Bohrung (g) auf eine rotierende
Welle aufgesetzt und mit der Schraube (n) befestigt, ao werden die zu reinigenden
Ilaschenköpfe in die Öffnung (o) des Bürstenkopfes eingeführt und in kürzester Zeit
gesäubert und poliert. Usage month
