Die Neuheit der mit Antrag vom 5. 10. 48. zum Gebrauchsmusterschutz angemeldeten#Rundstäbe
in allen Part-un Weichholzarten,Weidenstöcken und anderen Werkstoffen, Malaka ähnlich
imitiert"ist darin zu sehen, daß die Knoten und Flammungen des heute kaum zu beschaffenden
Malakarohres auf Rundstäben anderentl-eichter erhältlichen Materials, durch Einbrennen
oder durch Auftragung von Farbstoffen naturähnlich angebracht werden. Dadurch ist
es möglich Gegenstände die wegen des eigenartigen Aussehens des Malakarohres aus
diesem hergestellt wurden heute wieder anzufertigen.description. -------------

Das künstliche Anbringen der dem alakarohre eigenen Knoten und Flammungen
erfolgt einmal, wie aus den beiliegenden Mustern B und C ersichtlich, durch Enbrennen,
das andere mal durch Auftragung.'eines entsprechenden
Farbstoffes. D-r Unterschied zwischen den Imitationen
und dem atur-alaka ist aus dem beiliegenden lualaka-
rohrstuok A z ersehen. Die Musterstiicke sind auf den
Stirnseiten mit den Bezeichnungen A, B und C versehen.
