Eierbecher
Bierbecher sind bisher stets so ausgebildete daß sie
am oberen NSndangsrand das eingesetzte Ei mehr oder weniger
dicht umschließen. Gleichgültig ? ob in. die nur in einer Sroße
üblichen Eierbecher kleine oder große Eier gesteckt werden,

stets liegt das-Bi dem oberen SSindungsrand des Eierbechers
nahezu dicht an, ond verhältnisnßig dicke Rier hängen sogar
im Sndungsrand des Bierbechers. Durch diese bisher übliche

Ausbildung von Si rbechem ergibt sich der Nachteil, daß beim
Aufschlagen und Auslöffeln weichgekochter Rier ein Teil des
Dotters und auch Eiweiß häufig-außen aber den Rand des Eier-
bechers an diesem nach ssten läaft snd die Tischdecke oder
den
unter dem Eierbecher befindlichen Teller beschmutzt.
Um diesen ltachteil sn vermeiden sieht die Nenerang
vor, da8 Eierbecher am oberen Sandungsrand eine Erweiterung
anfeisen, welche als Dotterfangsr wirkt. Der neae Bierbecher
hat daher äs oberen End$ eine ringförmige bzw. schalenartige
Erweiterung, die ringsa genägend brsit ist, daß Sber den auf-
geschlagene Birand etwa abwärts rinnender Dotter und RiweiS
aufgefangen ird Der nene Eierbecher bleibt daher an der
Außenseite stets sauber snd aach der Seiler bzw* das Tischtuch
kann nicht mehr darch ablaufenden Dotter und Eiweiß beschmutzt
werden. Bis neue Ausbildung von Eierbechern ist natürlich far
alle aterialarten anwendbar und vorteilhaft und erstreckt
sich daher auf Bierbecher aus Porzellan, Steingut etall Eanst-
stoff oder federn anderen Material. Es ist auch belanglos,
wie
im einzelnen der erweiterte ESudungsrand des neuen Eierbechers
gestaltet igt.

Der dargestellte Eierbecher besteht ans einem beliebig
gestalteten FtB l und dem eigentlichen Becher 2, der als
Besonderheit gegenüber den bisher abliefen Ausführungen eine

Bei dem gezeichneten AusfShrsngsbeispiel ist die schalenartige
Erweiterung 3 ait dem Becher 2 aas einem SttloX hergestellt

ten von dem gezeichneten Au. sfShr&ngisbi -el natürlich

chen namentlich in der Form und GroBe des otterfngera 3t

Bes l und in der Wandstärke, die sich sum Teil nach dem. Ma-
terial richtet, aus dem der Eierbechar hergestellt wird.
Die Neuerung ist fSr Eierbecher aus jedem geeigneten Material
(Porzellan, Steingut Metall,-natstoff o. dgl.) anwendbar.
