  • Betrifft : Gebrauchsmusteranmeldung Wir melden hiermit das in der Einlage in dreifacher Ausführung abgebildete Modell an und beantragen die Eintragung in die Rolle für Gebrauchsmuster.
  • Aatokartentasche Wir melden zum Schutz an vie folgt.-Behälter für Autokarten, (Landkarten) aus Leder, Karton, oder Lederersatz oder mit Textilbezug,
    mit aufgesetzten Festhaltevorrichtungen für ein Vergröße-
    rungsglas (Lupe), einen Kompaß, einen Kilometermesser,
    eine Taschenlampe oder für ein, zwei oder drei dieser
    Gegenstände. Die Festhaltevorrichtungen können aus ver-
    schiedenem Material gefertigt sein. Auf der Rückseite der Tasche kann ein Fenster aus Zelluloid oder einem anderen durchsichtigen Stoffe angebracht sein. Eine ähnliche Autokartentasche war bisher nicht bekannt. Es waren Kartentaschen ohne aufgesetzte Behelfe bekannt, ferner Vergrößerungsgläser, Kompasse, Taschenlampen, jeder Gegenstand für sich bekannt. Unsere Neuheit besteht aber darin, daß die Kartentasche mit den erwähnten Behelfen zu einem Gegenstand verbunden ist.
  • Schutzanspruch, als neu wird beansprucht : Die zu einem Gebrauchsstück verbundene Kartentasche mit Vergrößerungsglas, Kompaß, km-Messer und Taschenlampe verbunden.
  • Es liegen bei : 1. ) Zwei gleichlautende Ausfertigungen dieses Schriftstückes.
    2.) Drei Ausfertigungen einer Abbildung.
    3.) Eine vorbereitete Empfangsbescheinigung.
    Von dieser Anmeldung und allen Anlagen haben wir übereinstimmende
    Stücke zurückbehalten. Die Gebühr von DM 16.-wdBd gleichzeitig
    an die dortige Kasse bezahlt. \. bezahlt.
