Bei den gebräuchlichen Hand- und Saugpumpen wird die Wassersäule im
Saugrohr durch ein sogenanntes Stechventil gehalten. Dieses Stechventil besteht
aus einem zweckmäßig ausgebildeten Gußgewicht, in welches eine Gummidichtplatte
eingespannt ist. Um die Gummidichtplatten leicht auswechseln zu können, baut man
die Stechventile zweiteilig, so daß die obere Platte abgeschraubt werden kann. Bei
den bereits gebauten Stechventilen mit abschraubbarer
Platte hat man das Loch der Gummiplatte an den Durchmesser
des Ge-
: wi-ndestiftes angepaßt, die Gummiplatte auf den Gewindestift
ge-
schoben und die Platte'in Form einer geraden Scheibe auf die
Gummischeibe gepreßt. Die Dichtung wird hierbei durch das Zusammenpressen der Gummischeibe
erzielt. Durch das achsiale Zusammendrücken der Gummischeibe wird hierbei leicht
ein Losen der Platte bewirkt und es folgt das Undichtwerden des Ventiles. Diese
