    Scheuertuch mit dreifach verstärkter Mitte.
  • Gegenstand der Anmeldung ist ein Scheuertuch,welches eine weit grdesere Haltbarkeit gegenüber den bekannten Scheuertüchern besitzt und damit ausserordentlich wirtschaftlich ist.
  • ScheuertücherwerdeninderMittedesTuchesammeistenbeansprucht, verschleissen dadurch zuerst in der Mitte und werden deshalb unbrauchsbar, obwohl die Seitenteile des Tuches noch vollkommen ganz sind. Um diesen Übelstand abzuhelfen und dadurch die Haltbarkeit zu
    erhöhen, sind bei diesem neuen Scheuertuch. nicht nur wie teilweise
    üblich. in der Kitte des Tuches mehr Kettfäden verwendet, sondern es
    werden in der Mitte des Tuches ein Teil oder alle Kettfäden aus einem wesentlich stärkeren Kettgarn als an den Seitenteilen des Tuches verwendet, Ferner wird die Mitte des Scheuertuches aus einem wesentlich stärkeren Schussgam. als sonst bei Scheuertüchern üblich ist, gewebt, während beide Seitenteile mit der üblichen Schussgarn-Nummer abgewebt werden. Da das Scheuertuch stets ganz mit der gleichen Schusszahl gewebt wird,ist die Mitte des Scheuertuches auch im Schussgarn wesentlich verstärkt und dadurch wird eine enorme Haltbarkeit erreicht.
  • Das neue Scheuertuch ist also in der Mitte dreifach verstärkt : 1.) Enthält es in der Mitte mehr Kettfäden.
  • 2.) In der Mitte des Scheuertuches werden stärkere Kettfäden verwendete 3.) In der @itte des Scheuertuches werden stärkere Schussfäden verwendet.
  • Durch diese freifache Verstärkung ist das Scheuertuch denen im Handel befindlichen Tüchern in der Haltbarkeit bedeutend überlegen.

    Die unten angeführte Zeichnung veranschaulicht das neue Scheuertuch.
    Die Eckquadrate ab. c. d, die am wenigsten beanspracht werden, haben
    die geringste Anzahl Fädendie etwas stärker beanspruchten Qua-
    drate, bezw. rechteckigen Flächen e, f, g, h, sind durch die gr@ssere Anzahl an Kettfäden und durch die stärkeren Kettfäden verstärkt, während das Mittelquadrat i. dass durch den Schrubber am stärksten beansprucht wird, durch die dichte Ketteinstellung,durch die stärkeren Kettfäden und durch das starke Schussgarn, am dichtesten gewebt ist und somit die hohe Beanspruchung der Mitte des Scheuertuches am besten verträgt.
  • Durch diese neue Webart wird einmal ein wesentlich haltbareres Scheuertuch erreicht und ausserdem ist die Einstellung so gewählt,
    dass das Scheuertuch gegenüber normalen Scheuertüchern nur unwesent-
    lich teurer wird. Man erreicht also eine sehr hohe Wirtschaftlich-
    keit des Scheuertuches.
