'Hülle zum Festhalten der Blocke für die polizeiliche"Gebühren-
pflichtige Verwarnunc. -
Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft eine neuartige Ase-
bildung einer Hülle für einen Block. Bisher wurden die Blocks
für
0 Gebührenpflichtige Verwarnungen"bei der staatlichen Schutspoli-
sei der Gendarmerte und der Ge eindeschutzpolizei ohne Jede
Helle verwendet. Dieeee hatte beim Gebrauch im Strazeendienst
zur
Folge, daze bei Wind, Regen und Schneefall die Blocke naez
wurden
und ein eehlechtee Aueeehen erhielten. Da femer zum Auefüllen
der zum Durchzehreiben eingerlehteten einzelnen Abreieezettel
kei.

zumal der Block unten keine Händauflage hat.
Bei der vorliegenden Neuerung sind alle diese Mangel
beeeitigtBe iet eine Hülle für diesen Block geeehaffen worden,
durch die der Block in der Tasche geechützt iet und bei eehlech-
ten Wetter nicht unnötig naee und von Wind beschädigt wird.

Es braucht ferner nicht mehr die zu beschreibende Seite gesucht

Abb. 3 zeigt die Aufsicht der Hülle mit eingelegtem Block und

Nach den Abb. I bis 4 bezieht die Hülle aus einem unteren
und einem oberen Deckel a und b, die vorn gelenkig, z. B. durch
ein
Scharnier c, verbunden zind. Der untere Deckel a iet an dar

An der Innenseite des oberen Deckelz b izt eine yiachteder
g mit
dem einen Ende um den Stift h schwenkbar befestigt. Diese Flach-
feder « ragt mit den freien Ende k biz etwa zur Mitte der Hülle
und ist so gebogenodann sie einen dauernden Druo*uf die Innen-
seite den oberen Deckeln' ausübt. An der Innenseite den unteren
Deckel. a ist ebenfalls eine Flachfeder 1 mit dem einen Ende
um den Stift m schwenbar befestigt, die mit dem freien XnAe

auf die Innenseite den Unterea Deckels a dauernd einen Druck
ausübt. Diese flachteder 1 ragt bis etwa ein Drittel in die
Hülle hinein.
Da diese Ylachfeder in der Klemmstellung unter die
umgebogene
umgebogenereehte Kante dea unteren Deckele a zu liegen kcmmt,

ist zur Betätigung dieser Flachfeder 1 eine Naee o an dieser

Bei geechloesener Hülle wird dieee Lage durch einen Vereohluew
gesichert. Bei den nach den Abbe I und 3 dargestellten Ausfüh-

xchlueetüek mit dem verlängerten einen Ende p der oberen Wand
an der Ausseneeite des oberen Deckele b um einen Stift r
