Ulrichs tr. 6/8, das in den Anlagen abgebildete Modell an und beantrage dessen Eintragung in die Rolle für Gebrauchsmuster. Die Bezeichnung lautet: Spreizbühel zum Gebrauch für Zahnärzte: Als neu wird beansprucht: Spreizbügel, die mit besonderen Vorrichtungen versehen sind, durch die ihre Lage im Gebrauch bestimmt ist .Solche Vorrichtungen sind bei horizontal gelagerte« Spreizbügeln Ösen,wie sie die Abbildung zeigt, bei vertikal gelagerten die A » förmige Gestaltung des Bügelgriffes· Durch diese Vorrichtungen werden die in sie eingreifefenden Federn, die die Spre|zbUgel halten, nur an bestimmten Punkten wirksam, die die Lage des Bügels bestimmen.
