Damit wird nicht nur die Zeit der betreffenden Personen beansprucht, sondern diese Personen werden durch die innerhalb der Garage sich ansammelnden Auspuffgase belästigt und sind außerdem derUnfallgefahr bei der Bewegung der Kraftwagen und der Plattformen ausgesetzt.
