Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der strangförmige Streifen aus Kunststoff, z. B. Polyvinylehlorid oder Polyäthylen, einen im wesentlichen dreieckförmigen Querschnitt aufweist, wobei die Vorder- und Rückwand unten oder an der Dreieckspitze miteinander verbunden sind und jede der Wände eine sägezahnartige bzw. faltenbalgähnliche Ausbildung aufweist.
