Description

Circuit for retuning the sinusoidal oscillating circuit of a line oscillator of television receivers The invention relates to a circuit for retuning the Sine oscillating circuit of a line oscillator in television receivers, in which the sine oscillating circuit retuned by a transistor dummy stage by means of a retuning control voltage will.

In television receivers equipped with tubes, they are used extensively today a so-called phase and frequency comparison circuit for fully automatic horizontal synchronization. Such a circuit generates a control voltage in the synchronized state, that of the phase deviation between the oscillator voltage and the synchronizing voltage is dependent. In the unsynchronized state, it also generates a control voltage, which depends on the frequency difference between the two signals. This phase and Frequency comparison circuits are generally relatively high resistance, their output resistance is, for example, about 1.5 to 2.0 MQ.

To in transistorized or in partially transistorized devices To be able to use such a circuit, two were previously connected in series Impedance converter used to create a dummy stage with this high-resistance control voltage to be able to drive.

In order to avoid the considerable expense of this known circuit, is used in a circuit for retuning the sinusoidal oscillator circuit of a line oscillator of television receivers by means of a transistor dummy stage by means of a retuning control voltage proposed according to the invention, in the network for phase rotation of the control current to put a capacitance diode of the transistor dummy stage, which controls the retuning voltage is fed.

Such a capacitance diode is, for example, a silicon diode, which is operated in the restricted area. A varactor diode alone is not, however able to retune the relatively low-resistance resonant circuit of a line oscillator. It is therefore provided that such a silicon diode with a dummy stage to connect that the retuning diode within a network for phase rotation of the base current of the dummy stage transistor is used. That way you can the re-tuning effect of the varactor considerably, z. B. eighty times enlarged will.

In the following the invention is reproduced with reference to the drawings Circuit examples explained in more detail.

F i g. 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Schaltung. 1 is the sinusoidal oscillator, 2 is the sinusoidal oscillating circuit, 3 is the dummy stage transistor, and 4 is the capacitance diode. The control voltage is fed to this diode via the resistor 5. The other end of the capacitance diode is connected to ground via the resistor 6. The sinusoidal voltage of the resonant circuit 2 is fed to the capacitance diode via the coupling capacitor 7. The other end of the capacitance diode is connected to the base of the dummy stage transistor via the coupling capacitor 8. In conjunction with the base input resistance of the dummy stage transistor, the capacitance diode causes the circular sinusoidal voltage to be phase rotated by around 90 °. The bleeder resistor 9 is parallel to the base input resistance, so that its size is also a determining factor for the base sinusoidal voltage. The base of the dummy stage transistor is connected to an adjustable bias voltage. Of course, as is often the case with transistor stages, a relatively large bias voltage can be provided to compensate for transistor tolerances and an RC element in the emitter circuit can be used to stabilize the operating point.

The F i g. FIG. 2 gives a somewhat modified embodiment of the circuit of FIG. 1 again. The same reference numerals as in FIG. 1 are used for the same parts. 1 used. To re-tune resonant circuits with particularly low impedance, e.g. B. with additional self-oscillating line output stages as a sinusoidal oscillator, is in the circuit of the F i g. 2 an additional amplifier stage 10 is provided for further amplification of the reactive current.
