Abstract
Eine Sandwich Struktur besteht aus kohlenfaserverstärkten Deckschichten und einem Kern aus metallischem oder nichtmetallischem Wabenmaterial oder aus offen-/geschlossenporigen metallischen oder nichtmetallischen Schaummaterialien. Gegen die Innenfläche der Deckschichten sind Kondensierrohre eines Loop-Wärmerohrs angebracht, die entweder aus einem extruierten Aluminiumprofil oder aus einer Kombination zwischen Aluminiumprofil und Stahlrohr bestehen. Die Profile haben integrierte Flansche zur Vergrößerung der Kontaktfläche zur Deckschicht. Anzahl der thermisch leitenden Faserlagen als auch der Winkel der Faserrichtung relativ zu den Kondensierrohren sind so gewählt, dass sowohl das thermische als auch das mechanische Verhalten der Struktur optimiert ist. Zum Ausgleich der thermo-mechanischen Spannungen, hervorgerufen durch die ungleichen thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten, sind flanschfreie Abschnitte der Kondensierrohre gebogen und nicht mit den Deckschichten verbunden. Andere Rohre sind am Rande der Struktur, jedoch außerhalb des Sandwichkerns, verlegt.
