Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum Spritzen oder Schäumen eines Bauteils, insbesondere zum Schäumen eines Kunststoffrahmens (11) einer Glasplatte (10), vorgeschlagen. Die Vorrichtung umfasst ein Formwerkzeug (14, 16), das einen Formhohlraum (12) bildet, der mindestens eine Entlüftungsöffnung (28) hat, die an einem Entlüftungsschieber (24) ausgebildet ist. Zur einfachen Reinigung umfasst der Entlüftungsschieber (24) einen Schieberkörper (26) und mindestens ein Funktionselement (30), das gegenüber dem Schieberkörper (26) bewegbar ist und mit dem Schieberkörper (26) die Entlüftungsöffnung (34) für den Formhohlraum (12) begrenzt.
